Lakeland Ace is the best! Drew Conant,the manager, really helpful. I drive a couple extra miles from Pickney just to go to these guys. Everyone in there is absolutely great. The ACE mobile app is done well also.

The first thing you will notice is great customer service. Always asked if any help is needed as soon as you walk in the door. Great product selection and I always seem to find what I need. Really like the extensive variety of fasteners and you can buy just one unlike the big box stores.

Everyone at Lakeland Ace Hardware is friendly and helpful. They can always guide me right to what I’m looking for. They have a good inventory and almost always have what I’m looking for. It’s also a convenient place to refill propane tanks and they charge based on the tank size. Prices are reasonable.

As a Kiwi visiting all the way from New Zealand, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I popped into Lakeland Ace Hardware in Lakeland, Michigan—but what I found absolutely exceeded my expectations!
I came in looking for glue to fix the butt cap on my tennis racquet (a bit of an odd request, I’ll admit), and was immediately helped by a young man named Sean. Let me just say—Sean was fantastic. Polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, he walked me through Ace’s impressively large glue selection (who knew there were so many options?!), explaining the pros and cons of each type with real expertise.
Sean didn’t just try to sell me something—he genuinely wanted to help me find the right product for my specific issue. He even asked follow-up questions to make sure I got exactly what I needed. You don’t get that kind of service every day!
Sean is an absolute gem, and a credit to the store. I hope Ace knows how lucky they are to have him on staff. Thanks to his help, my racquet is as good as new, and I left the store with a smile on my face.
Ace Hardware truly lives up to its reputation for helpful, hometown service—and Sean made it a standout experience. If I lived here, this would definitely be my go-to hardware store.

my local. go to. hardware store
got mostly. everything for the home repair and reasonable. prices. for. a local. store the propane refill prices. are the lowest in the area good service staff always attentive. 10 stars
