This store has bounced back to being a great store, since the new manager has taken over. I no longer dread having to go into this Auto Zone. The employees are very respectful, helpful and courteous to any customer that comes in.

The staff at this store consistently greets me, asks me if they can help, walks me to the item requested, and help me make informed decisions about the choices available. As a woman, I have never been made to feel dumb at this store, which is saying a lot. Spencer even took the time to show me how to change out my key fab battery. Having a "safe" space to go for auto needs without judgment means a lot to me as a woman. Every staff member at this place had been helpful and kind. I feel safe sending my girls there for help.

Walked in on meltdown mode and Spencer helped me without any hesitation! He never judged that I was in tears because my car died on the way there. He grabbed three controllers and walked me to my car. Talking to me with care and concern. His customer service is beyond excellent. You are lucky to have him. He found a lose battery arm and tightened it and the entire time talking to me so kindly. He was just such a nice man. Thank you so much.

An older gentleman helped me today and had lots of experience in the correct parts for Chevy/GMC Trucks. Some of the younger ones act like they have been building cars for 50 years and sometimes they send me home with the wrong parts. No offense AutoZone! You always have what I need, if not, within a few hours. But once in a great while, I get the wrong parts but what's so nice about AutoZone is that refunds and exchanges aren't ever a problem with or without the bill of sale.If AutoZone ever supplies parts for Class A Commercial Trucks, they will be my one stop shop!
