Hometown hardware place with GREAT service. It's surprisingly well stocked for such a small store front. They really maximize the space. Great place to get advice.

Really the worst ACE out there. Ever since the new owners took over (Byrum) rudeness has gone up and politeness down. I’m big ACE fan, have the app and everything. I make a longer drive to Lakeland ACE (see review) they know how to treat their customers.

This place is deceivingly big and well stocked. It doesn’t look like much from the street but it is carved out into additional buildings on the sides and in the back. The workers are very friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough.

The staff has always been super friendly and willing to assist. It has been a pleasant experience every time I have walked into the store. Today Phyllis was an extra blessing and I'm so grateful for all of her kindness and wisdom. Whether it's the ladies or a young gentleman behind the counter or to the men that have more wisdom and experience; pretty much everyone we have encountered has helped us to get what we need to get the job done! Sad to say everytime we go in there they do not have what's in the national on line ad. We were looking for a disposable grill that is advertised for 9.99 on line ad ...3 out of 3 Ace Hardware stores owned by the same man did not have them. I felt like it was false advertising..or bait and switch.

Ace Hardware in Pinckney is my absolute go-to for a quick hardware store trip! Not only is it super convenient to my house, but the staff is always incredibly helpful and friendly.
Every time I go in, I'm greeted with a smile and someone is always willing to help me find exactly what I need. They're knowledgeable and seem to genuinely enjoy helping customers.
And this store is packed with just about everything you could possibly need, from tools and hardware to gardening supplies and even unique gifts. It's perfect for those mid-project runs where you suddenly realize you need a few more screws or another paint roller.

Don’t spend your money here! All products are market up 70% plus. Cheap Chinese sold off to be expensive.

They have a really good selection of unusual fasteners that I couldn’t locate at other stores. Everyone I have met here has been very helpful.

This place is useless. They have no idea what they have and don't have. Their customer service is laughable. Go down to road to Lakeland Ace. They are far more knowledgeable and helpful.

Called to see what size of steel flat stock they carried. He wouldn't spend a couple minutes to see if they had the size I needed. Wanted me to drive there and look myself . So I called Lakeland and they took the extra minutes to see if they had the size I needed.
