Great staff. Always compare my insurance copay with GoodRX to give me the best price. When the pharmacist didnt have a prescription needed ASAP in stock, she checked around to find it for me.
They are very knowledgeable and accommodating.

This is a special shout out to Sammie. I saw her have to deal with two scummy insurance denials, and from her tactful handling of the now annoyed and confused customers to helping the clients with what their best steps to proceed with were, she went above and beyond.
This is not to short the rest of the staff of credit. I've never had as pleasant experience at a pharmacy than here.

Jen is the only thing keeping this pharmacy together. They’re either constantly changing to cheaper suppliers or they’re always on back order. And forget about the drive-thru window…I’m pretty sure that’s just an ornament at this point.

The pharmacy team is great but that’s it. Response time is very slow, the drive through is never open. The line is insane and wraps around the health and beauty section often with only one register open. They can’t seem to handle the volume.

The staff at this pharmacy is excellent - they never fail to answer questions, they are endlessly kind and they care about their patients. Privacy awareness is great. Looking forward to when they are able to reopen the drive through so that my dog can say hi to everyone again too!

Standing here for a prescription. It says “lunch break” 1:1:30. But they are all standing there filling prescriptions. No lunch break. Businesses usually have where 1 staff member goes on a lunch break at a time. There are 3 people just walking around right in front of me. Poor planning. A guy came up here already saying the same thing. To drive home and back is a waste of gas especially on today’s prices. So now I just have to stand here staring and waiting while they work and not eat. At my place of work we have a lunch break but are still open when customers come in. At other places I’ve worked it’s exactly what I said earlier on this post, one person goes on a break at a time not the entire staff while still working in front of us. Bad business.

It is currently 2022, and Kroger still does not have a NFC pay service. Let that sink in. A corporation that large can not have technology available that roadside vendors even have. The excuse? Kroger pay, well, fun fact, they don't have that available either at this location. Do better.
