The best interaction I’ve ever had at a post office. Byron was a pleasure to deal with, and awesome to talk to! Had a passport appointment, showed up early and he rocked it out of the park! Byron deserves to be the manager if he isn’t already.

They make you wait 20 minutes even after you ring the door bell not once but twice! Then they can't even give a customer a little strip of tape for their box. Instead they want you to buy a whole roll and the guy at the front desk is rude as hell! You'll get better service from a feral moneky!

Trying to get our 35 year old community mailbox repaired. I’ve been to the post office over 5 times. The employees keep saying that the post master is not in or just left the office and I can hear them talking to her in the back room. She never contacts us. Today my husband went in. The guy said she wasn’t in so he said he’d wait. Lo and behold suddenly she was there. Not sure how she suddenly appeared. A miracle I guess.

I would give zero stars if possible. Avoid this branch unless you enjoy rude incompetent postal workers. Who know what the cost for the same service is week to week? The employees don't!

My husband and I were scrambling to get passports and stressed over time. Byron (who helped us) was AMAZING! He made the stress and worry go away. He was very polite, professional, and welcoming. We left there smiling and happy. Not stressed or worried anymore. Thank you so much Byron!

We needed to get passports for our young kids for an upcoming trip that we're taking. We made an appointment online so that the post office knew when to expect us. We overly prepared our documentation since we were expecting that it might be a miserable experience (most government offices are less than helpful, prompt, or courteous). When we walked in, Shannon was ready for us and was a complete JOY to work with! He was so kind to us and our kids, was appreciative that we came prepared with the paperwork/documentation, and was enthusiastic the entire time. If you have any preconceived notion about what a USPS appointment/meeting would be like, this was the complete OPPOSITE of that! Our kids even had a good time, which is something to say about filing passport applications! Can't recommend Shannon and the Pinckney USPS office enough after our visit!

This post office is so inept, they can't deliver mail that clearly states "deliver on the 1st" yet delivers it 5 days later. I received an eviction notice, because of these c lowns. Thanks guys.

Mail is constantly being delivered to the wrong mailbox or address. Terrible service, it’s a ridiculously annoying process to report with no real help.

worst post office ever! the carrier on our route is rotten and the postmaster is not any better! had to forward everything to my business as they are completely unwilling to work k with you. they will just send your stuff back. no phone calls or emails. they suck!
