Franks Hardware Co. is a classic hometown hardware store. They have everything you could ever need for both new and older fix-it projects. The store is neat and tidy, and the service is top-notch. Staff are very helpful and provide great customer service, reminding you what running a business is all about. They consistently have items in stock that bigger stores do not, often at better prices. The checkout is fun, and they are known for going above and beyond, like staying open for a customer.

I needed a window repaired, and when I walked in with it, they fixed it immediately. The prices are great, and the service is top-notch. The store is neat and tidy. And...they probably have anything you would ever need from a hardware store.
