I had sent a Letter of Demand through the post office to have it miss handled by a carrier. Either they DID NOT attempt to go to the front door/honk the car horn nearby to get the residents attention like is supposed to happen per PO Handbook 603 & left a slip OR they DID ATTEMPT the letter, letter was refused, and then left a slip in the mailbox.
Now I have to wait 2 weeks instead of it being sent back refused, NOT happy.
