I understand most people leave poor reviews after bad service however I am not that person. Tonight my husband (who has type one diabetes and needed insulin) were stuck in the unit for an hour and 45 mins! Every phone number we called went to voicemail. We ended up having to call the police and fire department to get us out. This is the second time we couldn’t leave! I believe they can fix the issue but as of today, do not rent from them!

Needs more then 5 stars!!! Sofia the young lady that help me get a unit all set up, I could not have ask for better customer service!!! Well Above your normal service. Very knowledgeable. Very personal with a great personality but keeping it very professional. I would recommend just because of the very simple fast and easy service I received!!! Thank you very much. Also went today to put locks on my unit, very nice clean and up kept place. Driveways in between the units where nicely plowed. I look forward to storing my stuff here.

We rented a storage unit from here when we were redoing our garage. Process was simple...don't have to talk to anyone if you don't want to, sign lease online, get the gate code right away, etc. I did call before I set everything up- they answer the phone and are really nice. Had a few questions along the way and they emailed me back right away. The unit was in good condition. This was all a super easy, seamless process.

Easy access to move in. I helped a friend. The units are large and have electrical. It was nice having a light as the sun was going down while we were moving her in.
