May be fine for routine drug testing, but for anything else they don't know what they are doing. They messed up all 6 of the tests I came for; now my diagnosis is pushed out weeks due to their errors

Had nothing but a wonderful experience today with Kathy! Needed A1C work done and have had problems in the past with phlebotomists not being able to get blood easily. I told Kathy and she was able to get blood right on the first draw with no problems! She was so sweet and kind. Super clean in the building as well! All in all an experience I had been dreading turned out soooo smoothly. Thank you, Kathy, for being so amazing.

Quick and easy. It was also kinda fun lol. If you get Stephanie you're lucky. She's fun and likes to lighten things up. Nicest drug test I've taken. Lol. Also did I mention that Stephanie is the literal best? ?

Running about 20 minutes behind appointments at 10am. Definitely make an appointment on the quest website, there were probably 10 people there for walk ins, and only one technician, so I'd imagine walk-ins are probably waiting an hour plus. Technician repeatedly asked me if I had fasted for a non-fasting test. So they don't seem to entirely know what they're testing for. Otherwise, conveniently located, and the phlebotomist was skilled--a zero pain blood draw. As I was waiting, a spry older gentleman walking out said "she's only got the dull needles left!"

Needed blood work results by noon and it was on the order and they never bothered to say they wouldn't be able to do that, and when your medications are dependent on the results of the blood work that you now have to wait until Monday for....unacceptable. Yes they were quick, but I'll take quality over quickness.
