I went on 3/6/24 and was suppose to get brown lowlights in my hair to just tone down all the gray. I brought pictures of what I exactly wanted and needless to say I did not get at all what those pictures looked like, first off, the brown didn't even come close to my original brown it was reddish and their is hardly any gray showing I might as well had my hair dyed as it looks mostly brown!!! I just wish she would of been up front with me when I showed her the pictures that she would not be able to do that and I would of gone somewhere else. She then tried to fix it after she showed me it and that was worse as she must of put some blonde in it. I went home crying as I didn't even have the heart to tell her it was awful!! I even gave her a good tip as I felt bad that she had to try to fix it but it didn't get fixed. It was my first time going there and no I will not be back!!!

Amber cuts my kids hair- does an excellent job and it's 15.00 per kid. Very laid back environment, glad we have this salon in plainwell.

Specifically asked for someone that was good with fades. I would have preferred honesty that they did not have anyone since it is near impossible to fix a bad fade without time to grow the hair back. I don't know how I am going to salvage my hair it's so uneven. Did give a two instead of one because they were nice. I won't be going back though.
