This place has everything. It's one of the larger Ace Hardwares I've been to. People are very friendly as well. Beats having to walk through some of the giant home improvement stores around.

Usually love stopping in local hardware stores. Not this one. Got no help people were short and rude. Maybe having a bad day idk but won’t be going there bobs in otsego is way more helpful. Way friendlier too.

I've shopped here a few times and was always happy. The owner, Steve, helped me this summer when I put my chainsaw blade on wrong. Today, I went in to buy an EGO mower but they didn't have that particular one in stock. But Steve stepped in and kept me from having to spend more money then I expected and I was able to purchase what I wanted. I am very grateful

I ordered a bag of soil thru website for delivery, scheduled for next day, it literally came 2 hours later! Fantastic customer service, the soil was a very heavy bag and she brought it right to the door. Thank you so much!

Extremely helpful employees. They were quick to ask how they could help as soon as I walked in. I also bought ready mix concrete 80lb bags and they loaded them in my truck for me, WHICH was amazing because I hurt my wrist somehow. A++ store

Fantastic customer experience found in fewer and fewer businesses. Wide selection of goods, and services. Engaging staff are friendly and very helpful. I had a piece of glass cut to order and was completely satisfied. While there I also saw the disc golf center. One stop shopping!! Highly recommended!
