Got to the store 15 minutes before they closed to pick up a part I ordered online doors were locked and no one was anywhere to be seen. I needed this part to finish a job and couldn’t get it til this time. If you are going to post hours make sure to honor them. 4/25

Fran and Dave were absolutely wonderful. Not only did they sell me a new battery but installed it as well. The store was so clean and both were so professional and kind. I will do all my business with them even though I live closer to others

I went in on 8/7 and was very disappointed with the services I received. My car was giving me alerts that it needed maintenance but I didn't know what. My car is a Prius so it's a little non-standard as far as the dashboard lights go. So I went in to see if they could scan my car and see if they could tell me what I needed to do. From the moment I said I had a Prius I felt on the defensive. I felt like no one really wanted to help me. I had to lightly argue just to get them to perform a free service. Other employees mocked me for buying a Prius. I know a Prius can be a little difficult but how dare you?

Hit or miss, seems since the pandemic the working public has lowered standards.. I don't mean people .. just the overall sense that employees can take it or leave it.. That sucks!!

Advanced is my go-to place for anything automotive. My needs may not be terribly complicated by most standards, but the staff is always helpful.They are also an excellent place to drop off UPS shipments.

Will take your money and not care if you get it back apon a return. Just told me that its corporates problem now. BUNCH OF THEIFS. And no your HR even said they stole my money and made a deposit into the store account. Got it on file so yeah. THEY WILL TAKE YOU MONEY PEOPLE!
