I have banked at advia for about 20 years and it's overall a great place. I've had issues with some things in the past but they have also gone out of their way on other occasions. So I guess no matter where you bank there's going to be issues pop up but at least with advia I know they will work with me to get it resolved

Yall have the worst automated phone system on the entire planet trying to reach someone on the phone today but everything else has always been phenomenal
