I have personally dealt with Ross and his team for over 25 years now ever since I needed my first remote car starter. He has probably done over 20 of them for me and my family. I got a new truck for my business and needed a ladder rack put on ASAP. But when I tried to get into the place that I've worked with before, they didn't seem to understand my urgency. I called ASA, and explained I couldn't afford to be down, they understood and made time for me. I appreciate them squeezing me in very much and the next time I need some work done, ASA will be my first call.
