Tire leak loses 20psi in 3 hours and they say they can't get me in till 2 weeks later or wait hours to maybe even get it done today. I paid for the tires on Thursday and the next morning freaking flat. Would never recommend coming here unless you wanna wait forever with crappy customers service and no guarantees if you'll even have your car back the same day with having it there all day long from 9am.

Belle Tire is ALWAYS our go-to place for new tires because they consistently do what they promise, and do it very well. Easy to check their pricing and availability online, easy to make an appointment, fast service, and always done right.

After driving home we realized the bolts weren't screwed back in at all, just barely in there. We could have died 💀

Appt was 9/10/25for 4 new tires. Told them to move driver wheel/tire to spare, and replace the other ones. As they cash me out, I notice I have a rim for my spare. They put my tire back on once I complained. They refused alignment due to ball joints. I got new ball joints on Saturday and returned on Mon. I let them know that I can't find the key to my lug nuts. I had a set of mopar locking lug nuts. Manager takes a look and comes back confused because I have no locking lug nuts.... I let him know that I DID last week. Showed him a picture as proof. He gave me a set as replacement. Once I looked the brand up I realized they took my $75 set and gave me a $30 dollar set. At this point they have wasted multiple hrs of my life and stolen money from me, and mu lug nuts aren't uniform anymore. I should have known there would be idiocy when I smelled weed there, but I figured it was probably a customer. DO NOT go here. Go to Martin Tire in Martin, or Harringtons in Otsego-2 min down the road from Belle.

My brother and I pulled up 10 minutes before closing. They could have easily turned us away but didnt. The workers went above and beyond to help us. We had a slow leak. The crew discovered a nail patched the leak and sent us on our merry way back to Detroit. Thanks Jeff and crew.

Jeffery the manager refused to warranty one of my tires. I had to start the warranty claim myself with Goodyear. Finally got him to do the warranty for my defective tire and they scratched my rim and are refusing to fix it. Been waiting a week for a “director” to call me from customer service.

took my wife's Lincoln MKC in to have tires looked at, always losing air, they looked at that, repaired them, on the drive home , there was a clunking noise in the rear, i checked it out, Belle Tire broke the rear sway bar link, took it back in, spoke to the manager, Jeffrey, he said they didn't do it, well it wasn't broke when i took it in there, said he wouldn't repair without charge, but then said he would do it at a discounted price, hmmmm, sounds like maybe they did break it. Not a happy customer, the vehicle rear sway bar link was broke while Belle tire had it in their possession. Awful customer service, so now i have to repair myself, for something Belle Tire broke…i have purchased thousands of dollars in tires there, i wont be back!!!!!….terrible customer service!!!!…..
update:::;left several messages at their customer care center, no call backs, 😡😡😡😡

I’ve gone to the West main location in Kalamazoo for a few years, but have recently switched to using the Plainwell location. They have great customer service and are very knowledgeable. Jeff the manager has saved me a couple of times, when Ive had an issue and needed to get my car back on the road fast.

Take pictures of your car and rims! Actually find somewhere else to go!!! Scratched rims will cost over $1,000 to replace. They were under better management in the past and we frequented the business but we were very wrong to not check recent reviews this place is trash now under the current employees. They are rude and have no care for you as a customer or your vehicle STAY AWAY!
