Everybody at the store is really nice the employees are helpful and the store is cleaning the inventory is great but the store has completely forgotten its original purpose. I was out walking today I left the house early so I was overdressed for the heat stopped in real quick so I can buy something more comfortable to put on I couldn't even find a single pair of little fabric shorts to go underneath a long shirt price for anything less than $4. I don't really have a whole bunch of cash on me so I'm like a $1.50 short and had to put the shorts back which is completely ridiculous considering this is Goodwill. I don't understand why employees are not able to take down prices to accommodate when all of their inventory is completely free anyways. There's no reason I should have to pay for a quick little pair of shorts as much as I would have to pay if I went to Starbucks. Especially since I could buy an entire Yamaha keyboard in the box for only 15 bucks even the brand new dog leashes and dog collars are only a dollar a piece. I think Goodwill has completely forgotten why it was ever originated.

Goodwill in Plainwell is fire ?!They maintain an amazing inventory, lots of new overstocked items, in good condition,, and affords prices! Be sure to check them out for Halloween costumes.Their staff is friend and helpful?

I have been back here, a couple of times, within the last year. I used to frequent this place often, in years past. In years past, I wasn't impressed. However, I now wish to return here as I do think that current management (they finally got rid of stale old management several years ago) seems to know how to price merch and it seems to be right. I'll update review, if need to, but I'm impressed with what I find here. I like the people.

I started going with my little one recently & all I have to say is the people working there are amazing. They are the sweetest workers i’ve ever met. They treat my daughter & I wonderfully! Always full of goodies. No complaints from me!

Good will is a good thrift store. They are also a none profit organization so they offer charity to people. They help people find jobs and get stable.
