My wife and ai recently purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Dean Degroot and the Team at HZ Plainwell. Absolutely great experience, opted to have paint and undercoat protection service done. Had issues with tires shortly after purchase, sales and service worked together to make our situation better and seamless!! Will recommend to anyone!

I recently purchased a 2025 Volvo from Zeigler in Plainwell, and I can’t say enough great things about working with Cecil Followell. The car itself is absolutely stunning—low miles, beautifully maintained, and truly a high-end ride. But what made the experience exceptional was Cecil.
From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth, honest, and completely hassle-free. He took the time to walk me through every detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood the fantastic warranties that came with the vehicle. I also received a great trade-in value for my 2014 Honda Civic, which made the upgrade even better.

WOW — what an experience! If you’re in the market for a lemon, this is THE place! 🍋
I’ve had my car for just 6 months — not even 5,000 miles — and it’s been a complete disaster from the start. Within the first month, the car shut down on the highway, and guess what? It needed a brand new engine! You’d think that would be the end of the problems… oh no.
After every single service, something else went wrong. It’s been in and out of the shop more than I’ve actually driven it. And the salesperson (Levi Moulter)? Let’s just say he’s a little boy playing salesman, full of pressure tactics and empty promises. He’ll tell you whatever you want to hear — right up until you’re stranded on the side of the road.
And here’s the kicker: when I tried to trade it back in at the same dealership, Levi said they wouldn’t even take their own car back because of all the issues! Yet another dealership said they’d take it — that tells you everything you need to know.
So if you’re dreaming of spending your hard-earned money on a car that breaks down, endless repairs, and a salesman (Levi Moulter) who’s better at storytelling than honesty, congratulations — you’ve found your spot!
Thank you for your reply, but please check the facts. I purchased the car on 03/18/2025 with 57,682 miles, and I brought it in for the engine problem on 06/16/2025 with 60,256 miles — a difference of 2 days and 2,574 miles. That places the issue squarely within the 3-month / 3,000-mile warranty, so the statement that the work occurred outside warranty is incorrect.

Came for the price! Coming back for the service!!!!!!!!! What a great experience!!! Called them on a saturday morning because I work during the week and because they have the best price in the state on the car I was looking for. By 1pm I was driving it home. I flew in from the east side of the state. They were waiting for me at the local airport to take me to Dealership. 30 minutes later I was on my way. They had the car fully detailed, and filled with gas. All the paperwork was ready. . no waiting. Car was in mint condition. What more could you ask for? Nothing!!!. . and that's why I'm telling all my friends and they will get 100% of my future used car business. I'm not a young man and I can tell you that this was the best car purchasing experience in my life, bar NONE!!! Thank you Ryan and Team!
