Sad, I wanted to put my flooring down before my summer break was over but no!
They did not give me my other 3 boxes from my 13 box order. It has been almost 2 weeks. They tell me it's going to be in one day, nope, they say another day, nope. They say they will call me back at a certain time lied and said it just in the back on a truck already there and need help getting it, nope. Now they don't know when they will have the truck.
Said we'll you can go to plainwell to get them. That 30 mins away from me. It's sucks ?

My wife and I went into the Plainwell store to purchase a 40v Ryobi mower for the campground. After looking closely at these 2 mowers, I realized they were both the same with 2 different prices. So when I talked to the so-called manager about it and asked if I could get it for the cheaper price marked, he said no. Now I can deal with the fact of not getting a price break, but then when asked if he was going to fix it so it wouldn't happen again. I was told it wasn't his problem. The last straw was that he decided to try to get me to apply for a credit card after being completely disrespectful. Long story short, we put everything back we we're going to purchase and walked out. I guess our money wasn't good enough for the box store!

Home Depot honors Veterans! Something, as a veteran I rarely see. Special parking for Veterans too. The Company also gives a 10% discount to Veterans, easy to apply. Then give them your phone number and you'll get 10% off you total. Helpful and friendly staff, nice selection of products and fair pricing.

This store is very unprofessional, concerning delivery. I have been given a delivery window of 6 am-8 pm, twice. First, Friday May 3 then Thursday May 9th. Upon calling to inquire at 7 and 6:30 respectively (because no one bothered to call me), I am given a new delivery date with yet again another 14 hour window....

Knowledgeable & helpful staff spent considerable time helping my husband find the correct blade for his Stihl handheld circular saw to cut landscaping brick. Lots of selection of tools, hardware & gardening supplies.

Picked up a lumber order and a flooring order over the last month or so, and I didn't like it that I couldn't stand by my truck while the employee was pushing the skid in the back of my truck, so I couldn't tell him when to stop and an employee cut the bands on some 2×4's making it even more difficult to stack and and start down. If it weren't for those 2 issues would've given a 5 star rating.
