This store employees have always been helpful to me. The manager of the flooring department even came all the way to my house to bring the flooring in when I couldn't .I love that there restrooms are always clean.

Recently purchased an American Standard toilet and discovered the parts and seat were missing due to packaging or pilfering (unsure). Went to Home Depot and a young man and woman made things right. They allowed me to grab a toilet seat free of charge and apologized extensively. Because of these two individuals, I will be back and spending lots more money! Great customer service.

My first delivery was rescheduled after I had waited for three hours into the assigned window. No one called, texted or emailed, I checked the tracking and saw the change that’s the only way I knew. Two days later I received an update letting me know of the change in delivery, little late. No one could tell me why it was rescheduled for two weeks later, but the paperwork says the customer rescheduled, I did not. No problem, I’m patient. Delivery day comes, I paid for install, but water lines aren’t compatible, no problem I tell them to leave the hose and I’ll get it done. Before they left they didn’t even plug it in or put handles on, I was starting to get frustrated. Turns out part of the handle assembly was not factory installed so it’s considered defective. I can have them come back to remove it and wait for a new one to come available or have Whirlpool come out and install the parts. Whirlpool is coming out so I can just be done with it. I’m going to try my luck with the other three appliances I’m buying at Lowe’s. One too many issues here.

Paid for my carpet, waited 5 weeks for install. They confirmed the night before, cancelled the day of at 8:06am, no reason, just the installer can’t make it, now it’s 3 more weeks. My husband flew back from Virginia to be here in Michigan, now we have to pay for a new round trip flight, and they said it was our problem not theirs. He only flew back because it was confirmed

I would suggest that anyone ordering Kitchen cabinets avoid going through Home Depot. Have been given several different updates on delivery date. Cabinets were supposed to all be in 2 weeks ago, just got another update for 10 more days out.

I can't remember the name of the lady in the painting department who helped me BUT she made my whole day. Amazing customer service and she was so funny and helpful.

Terrible customer service. I ordered product to be delivered on a specific day and they were a day late. I then had the materials be picked up and they were also a day late doing that. They can not refund you when materials are being returned via Home Depot pick unless you make a trip to the store.

Special ordered a door that took twice as long as it was supposed to (over 20 weeks). Though this was not the fault of the store, they still made it right with me. The customer service was amazing. I would definitely special order through them again, just not a Jeld-wen product.

Eleven weeks ago we ordered Kitchen cabinets and we told it was taking 6 weeks. At 6.5 weeks I contacted them and was told they were due in on Friday so we started to take out a few cabinets during the week and over the weekend removed the rest. I was told on Saturday that they were shipped on Friday not due in and should be there on Monday. If not they were going to call the manufacturer to have them tracked. Was told on Tuesday that they were shipped from the manufacturer on Oct 29 or 30 to the distribution center and now it is November 11th. I was told that they had no way to contact the distribution center to find a status. I called almost every day for a status and was told that the only person who could give me an update was out sick and no one (not even a manager) could access her emails or provide an update. It is not the week of Thanksgiving and we still have no cabinets, I had to have a stove delivered without having a kitchen, and we are forced to go to Menards to order countertop and other misc. items that will be needed to finish if our cabinets ever come in. No one knows what is going on not even the management staff. This is the second kitchen we have redone with them and very disappointed in the customer service and lack of knowledge. Go through Menards they were a bigger help and were able to answer our questions.

Spend a lot of money at this store. Was treated very poorly at the service counter. Always check out there when on that side of the store because there are no self checkouts there. I am disabled and it's difficult to go to the other side of the store. They had two counters labeled "Returns" of which neither had the light on. The one clerk there was working on a lengthy return. When the people in front of me were done at the service counter the guy asked me if I needed to check out and I said yes and he said you have to go the the returns counter, turned and walked to the other returns counter and called "NEXT". So now there were three people in line who weren't there when I got there. So I hobbled down to the other side of the store and self checked out. The clerk there was very nice and helpful. Have a little compassion Home Depot. There was no reason why he couldn't have scanned my little pint of paint and checked me out. And he probably was an assistant manager. What an a***

I recently complained loudly when the Home Depot store in Portage gave shoddy service, so it’s only fair that I praise loudly the customer service at the Plainwell store today. I was able to order lumber for another section of my fence this morning, have the order pulled, and then go to the store to pay and pick up. The system worked great— the curbside orders are at the front of the store and employee Chris is there to take payment for those that need to be paid for, and to

I paid to have my old appliances removed. Was told to call them back. I called....and called...no answer. Called the store told them that they could be picked up anytime. Still sitting in my yard. Love my new appliances but the other services offered ....very questionable.

Staff needs better training on what to do with the Project Loan cards. I received mine in the mail with no instructions on what to do. I went into the store attempting to purchase a new door and my card was declined. The cashiers told me to call the number on the back of my card. After sitting on hold twice I finally talked to a rep and she said I had to go back into the store and show my ID to the staff for them to activate it. Absolutely ridiculous this takes multiple phone calls and trips to the store just to use my card. The service number already requires you verify the last 4 of your SSN
