  Any place that ppl have 2 pay 4 ice out of the fountain machine is stupid! We pay money 4 Trump's tariffs that's bad enough! Anyways, Sarah is the best she lets u get ice & is really nice. Thanks Sarah 🙂

  Got gas there today. Went to put my card back in my purse in my car and a lady came on the speaker and said “7 stay outside your car or I will turn off your pump” this has never happened to me before and I wasn’t going to get in my car anyway. It was 14 degrees out so i’m sure some people waited in there car anyway today. Not going back to get gas there again if they are just going to yell at me over the speaker.

  PRICES ARE ALWAYS HIGHER THAN OTHER AREA STATIONS. I ROUTINELY DRIVE 5 MILES SOUTH TO D AVENUE WHERE PRICES ARE ALWAYS $0.30 - $0.40 A GALLON LESS.

  Not sure I'll be going back after this morning. I show the FlashFood app regularly & Plainwell is always my first store to look at. They do a great job of using Flashfoods. Today was not my usual experience. I had my toddler in tow at 7am to get our Flashfood items & some other general things from Meijer. There were several employees standing around near the Flashfood cooler. They watched me find my items put them in my own reusable bag & head to the exit. Not once offering to help or check off my items. I was out the door when an employee started yelling across the checkout lanes for me to STOP. I was then treated like a thief for not going to customer service. The woman was rude, talked over me& acted as though I was walking out with 1000's in groceries that I didn't pay for. I spent $60 this morning & not sure I'll be back. Calling Flashfood to clear my order is more successful & a friendlier experience than I had today.

  We stopping going here because nothing is ever stocked properly and the workers are very rude. I would rather drive further away just to go to a better store. Today was the last time I shop here.

  Grocery pick up… I got charged $250.23 for groceries and didn’t get to keep my groceries! Even though I proved that the transaction went through on my side, their system shows the transaction had an error. “Customer care” has been zero help! Maybe this way will get the attention of someone to help. I have a case number. I just want my groceries!
