Service Department is so friendly and helpful. Got me in right away when I was having car problems. Would recommend to everyone. All I can say is we will continue to buy our cars from Midway Chevy.

Horrible service. Took my truck in for some brake issues, when I pulled into the service bay 3 people just stared at me like they had never seen a person before. Didn’t say hi, or ask what I needed or give any sort of instruction as to what I was supposed to do. All of the employees other than Liam had zero customer service skills and give off a very rude vibe like they don’t care and don’t want to be there. When I got my truck back, the check engine light was still on. I was told fixing all the break issues would fix that. They then told me the engine light was unrelated and they would have to hook it up to the computer to tell me what was wrong with it. Why wasn’t this caught at the initial appointment during diagnostics? 1400 dollars later I would expect my issues to be fixed. Won’t be going back here.

Took my 2015 Chevy Silverado in to address a rail roof airbag recall, after patiently waiting for the parts to arrive. I had scheduled a month in advance, with a transmission flush, transmission filter, engine and cab filter, oil change and lightbulbs for lights that were out. I figured since the recall took 4 hours may as well have all the other work done at the same time so I'm without my truck for just 1 day. Got my truck back and there was no documentation on the air bag being switched out. Apparently the paper work was overlooked. So I asked the tech why didn't this work get done, being that's the main reason it was in there to do. He said because it was a 3 1/2 hour time frame. Keep in mind this was scheduled at least a month prior. Not I have to inconvenience someone for a ride back down there and without a truck for another day. I feel money should be taken off for the work I had paid for. Like Chevy trucks, but thinking about switching to Dodge because of Chevy service departments in general. Betten Baker of Allegan I left for same reasoning hoping to have a better outcome at Midway, but having my doubts.

Matt completely knocked it our of the park.We had a dealer near us tell me they didn’t have a part and couldn’t get it for an undetermined amount of time.I called Matt. He didn’t have the part either but said he would call around and get back to me. He had the part on the way and our appointment scheduled in less than a couple hours.So friendly and accommodating. You can tell he has his customers best interest at heart. Thank you!

Went in to speak with someone about my Volt's 8 year warranty. I came in with a service bulletin from GM relating to my specific problem (Shift to Park issue), that the issue was covered, and how to fix it.There was a lady and a guy named Wayne who I spoke to. The lady was incredibly rude and barked for me to speak to Wayne. Wayne said I needed to speak with the finance department before even letting me speak about the problem. Showed him the papers, he went back to talk to someone, came out multiple times and said "it's not covered for this car." It's a Voltec warranty, for a Volt. Kept going back and forth till I realized they had zero interest in helping and were arguing with straight facts from GM.Called customer service, said the issue is covered, and they made me an appointment at Denooyer. Take my warning, don't go here.

Truck came in for a broken lifter and bent rod. Truck got repaired and then later on the engine spun a rod bearing. Took front differential out of truck to inspect bottom of engine for the warranty company. Warranty company just wanted to put new bearings and crank in truck even though it had metal in the top of engine. So, I told them we will go with a new motor and use what the warranty company is willing to pay, warranty company paid over 6 grand I think, I paid over 4 grand I think... almost 11 grand. Waited a year for a motor, found several plugs ins with the clips broken. They had a bunch of silicone on them to hold the plug ins in. The plug for my ac, I have to get out and crawl under my truck about three times a day or more to plug in because it keeps coming unplugged. Already brought it back and they just plug it in and then just falls right back out. Truck has had a miss at idle. Had the wrong clips on the plastic piece that sit above my radiator, which did get fixed.Had truck towed back a couple of weeks later for a clogged fuel injector, which filled the new motor up with fuel. They said two fuel injectors were clogged, so they repaired the fuel injectors. I also mentioned that the catalytic converters might be clogged. I got the truck back and it still had a miss at idle.Brought truck back again for a broken front cv shaft, bad bearing in the front differential, starter going bad, possible bad u joint, front oil line leaking. They said it would be a couple of weeks before they could get to it. I drive past the dealership on the highway 5 days a week and noticed the truck was gone. So, its Been a month and I called twice one day, and nobody knew what was going on with my truck even waited on the phone for 20 to 30 minutes. Called the next day and was told about my oil line leaking and said my warranty won't fix the rest because of the lift on my tuck. We have already talked about this the first time I brought my truck, and they said I paid to have that covered in my warranty. Called my warranty the same day and said they never talked to anybody about that, and they do cover it. Told them to just put my truck outside and don't lock the keys in the truck, which are the only ones I have. I got there to get my truck and the keys were locked inside. Lucky there was some nice people that was still working and helped me open the truck and thank you. The next week I had to buy a starter, because my truck wouldn't start and installed myself and also found the clip for the starter is also broken. As of right now I have only put 19,000 miles on this truck and have only had it for over 2 years smh. I finally got my paperwork for the warranty for the engine a couple of day ago.

Had my first complimentary oil change done here. When the car got home it was leaking oil , I called and talked to a service tech and he did not believe the car was not leaking oil Before it came in. Once he saw the car had 6500 miles on it he completely changed tunes. On the second oil change the drain plug was so tight it required a breaker bar to remove.

Always professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive! Process is quick and the price was right. Will use Midway and the staff there anytime I need a new vehicle! The manger, JD is VERY knowledgeable about the vehicles and Steve was a great salesman.

Myself, my wife and my family have purchased no less than 10 vehicles from Midway in the last 20 years. My last experiences have been less than positive and as I told your service Manager I have purchased my last vehicle from Midway.We purchased a 2014 Cadillac and it has been a terrible vehicle but I understand that sometimes things happen. Then my truck was struck by lightning and this experience was one of the worst I have ever dealt with professionally. I left 4 voicemails and not a single returned call. When I finaly did get ahold of your service manager I found him to be far less than helpful. After 2 more calls and 6 weeks total I got 3 calls in 2 days from your service manager. I have my truck back and with the exception of one glitch it seems fine. I am very grateful to have my truck back and the work seems fine. When I tell this story I will be sure to make sure everyone knows of the quality of the finished product. Honestly some positive communication would go a long way toward customer satisfaction and I hope you figure it out. I find it very hard to believe I am the first person to share this with you.Good luck

Check truck and found battery was bad called me to check to see if I wanted to replace it I said yes they did a great job always doing great job servicing my vehicles
