I'm canceling my WalMart plus membership because I've NEVER been so let down with a customer service experience than I have with this WalMart. Rose, their so called "team leader" of their front end is in no way fit for a leader position. A leader is someone that is supposed to lead by example. The example she puts forward is lazily doing her "job" and when a customer asks for help instead of actually helping them, she pretends to help and then later accuses the customer of stealing but when she is addressed publicly she hides behind policy. We all know that policies are in place to profile and catch thieves stealing high dollar items that the store will lose money on, not grandmas with their granddaughters buying produce and $1 pillows. WalMart should do the right thing and consider letting Rose go because she is simply dragging their name more through the mud than it already has been. Do yourself a favor before you or your loved one is being accused of theft the day after Christmas, shop anywhere else but WalMart.
