Went in to speak with someone about my Volt's 8 year warranty. I came in with a service bulletin from GM relating to my specific problem (Shift to Park issue), that the issue was covered, and how to fix it. There was a lady and a guy named Wayne who I spoke to. The lady was incredibly rude and barked for me to speak to Wayne. Wayne said I needed to speak with the finance department before even letting me speak about the problem. Showed him the papers, he went back to talk to someone, came out multiple times and said "it's not covered for this car." It's a Voltec warranty, for a Volt. Kept going back and forth till I realized they had zero interest in helping and were arguing with straight facts from GM. Called customer service, said the issue is covered, and they made me an appointment at Denooyer. Take my warning, don't go here.
