Plainwell Antiques is a true antique shop with many historical pieces in a wide range of collecting areas. A very nice man at the counter greets customers right away and offers help. The staff are super nice and willingly offer insight and interesting history about items, even if they are not interested in what you bring. Prices are very fair, from a few dollars to several thousand, and the shop guarantees descriptions. The collection includes sterling and English silver and high end vintage pieces from around the world. Great staff, great variety, and treasures everywhere you look. If you love original art, head here first.

These guys are super nice. Not like walking into traditional pawn shops- these guys willingly offer their insight on what you have- give interesting history, and even if they are not interested in what you got- they will give you a good resale price point suggestion for other platforms.
