Very easy to deal with and nice facility right off the highway. I can always get ahold of a real person when I call which is certainly not something you get at the chains of storage units

This is a fantastic business. I have used them for quite some time. The rental process is super easy and available online, on the phone, or in person. The units are clean, secure, and the staff is super helpful. My wife and I just switched sizes, and thier guy Mitch was amazing and got it all setup over the phone, because I was at work... super-convenient. They also can do monthly auto-debit, again great because of my schedule. If you are looking for storage rental, either short or long term Plainwell Self Storage is in my experience 5-Star

Super easy to rent a unit. Did it all from my phone. Super simple. 24 hr access and 24hr surveillance. Would definitely recommend this storage unit.

This company has been amazing to rent from!The rental agreement was fast and easy to set up. The staff is kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. They explained the agreements and process clearly, sent documentation fast and are always quick to answer and respond to any questions we’ve had! The payment system is very smooth and easy to use! They have been so helpful during our move (4 states away)!The location is easily accessible with ample space to maneuver a truck and trailer and they have security cameras on property, fenced in with a coded gate! It’s close to the highway, gas stations and food! We've had our unit for going on 6 months now and haven’t had a single issue! It’s nice to know our belongings are safe!I highly recommend this company! A huge thank you for the peace of mind during our move!

It was easy and quick to get a storage unit. They have great security so we don't have to worry about anything and with automatic payments no need to worry about getting payments to them.
