I used to attend Taekwondo classes there in 2020 but had to quit. I loved the classes and the people. I'd go back in a heartbeat if able. I haven't been to the gym part but they were always bustling when I went to class. It must be good. There is a child area there as well but it's not in sight of most of the gym. So, it might be hard to pay attention to your children if heading to work out.

Great gym with about every piece of equipment you could hope for. There's a wide variety of dumbbells and equipment to choose from as well as a nice workout area in the back. The gym is decorated with lots of murals that are excellently done. I highly recommend this place..
