Called in advance to bring in a John Deere x500 tire to be replaced. Greeted at desk with friendly staff. Left tire and it was taken care of in a timely manner. Quoted price right on target. Highly recommend Steensma...they also do regular maintenance on my Generac. Thanks guys, Dave
