The staff is very cordial. But if you’re wanting the newest phone your SOL, they seem to not have the ability to keep phones in stock. Save yourself the trip and just go to the Drake Store. They have phones as a store should.

Sometimes, someone goes out of their way to help you, and you realize there are still good folks in the workforce. Everyone at this store has always been helpful.But yesterday a girl named Savana went above and beyond. She was checking to see if she could get me a discount on the new phone I was getting. There was a problem getting the codes into the computer, so she called Customer Care for an assist. Customer Care did NOT assist her. Not even sure that dude could have helped himself into his own shoes. But Savana persisted, spending no less than an hour trying to help me out.Ultimately, Savana could not help. It was truly out of her hands. But she did her best, as we real people try to do, despite an uphill Corporate battle. For that, she deserves some recognition. Stop by and give her a shout.

This T-Mobile is always helpful and has very kind and patient team members. Many people are quick to leave bad reviews but rarely do people take the time to express their gratitude for great service. Probably the best phone store around Kalamazoo. I recently bought my new phone here and the service is great. The staff was very friendly and had a great technical knowledge. I didn't feel like they were just trying to make money but to actually get me the phone I wanted. The store is also clean and very organized, unlike other similar shops I've been to. I can only recommend this place!

My phone was broken and I knew I needed a new phone. I'm so glade I stop at this T-Mobile. The customer service was great! Ryan was great, he made everything so easy and simple. He even help me transfer my information from my old phone! Will be back again!

Horrible wait time. Waited 40 minutes to hear that I cannot exchange a router out because I do not have the cardboard box it came in. I have had the router for over a year and they expect me to keep the cardboard box. Horrible system to go by.

Forget about going into this store to buy a phone. They don’t have ANYTHING in stock and they’re super unhelpful. They’ll tell you you need to call the TMpbile customer service number for literally anything. The nail in the coffin for me was going there at 10:45 only to a locked door and a rude agent saying “sorry we had a late start today” like… you’re telling me all 6 of your employees called in late? I’m switching carriers.
