“I've gotten just about all my tires from this business for any and all of my vehicles friends and family they used to do an excellent job of price matching your tires they would get five stars for this if the last time I had been in there they had done a better job of price matching Walmart they were unable to beat Walmart's price on tires I am sad because I love this company and its people I wish they could have done better for me..

“We were traveling out of town from Kentucky to Michigan. On the start of our return home we had a flat tire. Luckily we were close to Harrington’s Auto Service. We stopped in and could see they were busy. The lady making an appointment on the phone showed a booked calendar on the computer screen. We told them our predicament. Mark, the manager asked one of his men if they had an open bay. They did and he immediately checked out our tire and repaired it. Not only did her repair it but suggested we get new tires when we got home. Told us the issues and said they would be fine to get us home. No up selling just good customer service. We were out in 30 minutes and on the road to home. If I lived close to their location, I would take my car there for service. They are friendly, helpful, and did a great service for us. Thanks for making our vacation have a good ending.”
“Wow! What a team!!I’m from Florida and we were pulling our fifth wheel up 131 headed to Mackinac. Noticed a blemish balding on one of the fifth wheel tires around Plainwell. Called Martin tire. They got us right in and with further inspection and discussion we decided to change all 4 tires. They had inventory of a couple of choices and got us back on our way in under 2 hours!!Highly recommend!!”
“Went in for an oil change and had prearranged supplying the oil because I wanted a specific brand of synthetic. Tech used their synthetic and I noticed my oil was still in my vehicle when I picked it up. They offered to do a drain and fill right then but I didn’t have time. So they said the next service would be comped if I supply the oil. I’m good with that! At least they are trying to make it right with me which is more than I can say for a lot of places I’ve done business with!”
“Carl knows his stuff! These guys were helpful and efficient. I came in with a donut on my car, and they got me in the garage quickly, and mounted the new tire I brought onto a rim, and swapped my spare tire out with the new tire so quickly. The price was perfect as well. Will definitely use them again if needed, and would absolutely recommend.”

I didn’t get the gentleman’s name. He Still did my tire. He did an excellent job. The best service I ever had in my life on the road. I appreciate this company. They treated me respectfully and talked to me like a normal person. That is all you can ask for. The dealership is small but nice and clean.
