I have been disappointed in the Walmart on Alpine Ave in Comstock Park for some time. I have left reviews and concerns with the home office, but it does not seem to matter to them. The Alpine store has empty shelves, rarely has working bottle return, people to do upkeep, no shopping carts in store, deli not open, not very clean. There is a management issue at this store that headquarters seem to not want to address. I have been to other Walmart's, they are not great, but they are better that the Alpine store, so I know it can be done. Problem is, they are too far to drive, as I am disabled and cannot afford the extra gas money. Luckily there are other, and might I add much better discount food alternatives in my area. I will be pulling my prescriptions this month, about the only reason I still go there. Sometimes I stop there because of convenience, but I almost always leave without finding some things, and always disappointed. I just cannot shop there anymore, it ruins my mood every time. Fire the management!

On Jan. 16 during the blizzard drove 50 minutes to get my pick up. They told me OH, will not be ready for an hour at least. So said Forget it and cancelled. Went inside and told derive desk same thing, Got couple needed items and went home. Saw next day they charged me 82 for order that I never got. So after at least 4 phone calls and extreme frustration. I called my bank, they cancelled it. BUT Walmart charged again saying untimely pickup ... So called bank and again and they cancelled again so will see if they try this again. It is called theft,

the most recent fail of walmart delivery services- note, I'm disabled. I rely on delivery services for things like food, cleaning suppllies, medication, etc. on 7/26 I ordered a substantial amount of my fixed income in foodstuffs, cooking and kitchen supplies, and it was to be delivered just about my bed time. Now, i have to take PTSD meds at night to keep from attacking my wife when i'm asleep. The store notified me that the delivery would be late (they notified me at 10PM)...that makes the delivery at 12 AM...one hour after the store closes...amazing, that... So, being the naive customer I am, I waited, delayed my meds, and hoped the delivery was going to happen. (insert silence from store even up to 1 AM the next morning. It is obvious to the least, casual observer that Walmart couldn't give 2 bowel movements about the opinions of its customers. Their customer complaint section on the website doesn't even allow you to complete a complaint submission. WHO KNEW!@walmart sucks dot com. Never spending money there again if I can help it. They don't deserve business from any customer.

I'm canceling my WalMart plus membership because I've NEVER been so let down with a customer service experience than I have with this WalMart. Rose, their so called "team leader" of their front end is in no way fit for a leader position. A leader is someone that is supposed to lead by example. The example she puts forward is lazily doing her "job" and when a customer asks for help instead of actually helping them, she pretends to help and then later accuses the customer of stealing but when she is addressed publicly she hides behind policy. We all know that policies are in place to profile and catch thieves stealing high dollar items that the store will lose money on, not grandmas with their granddaughters buying produce and $1 pillows. WalMart should do the right thing and consider letting Rose go because she is simply dragging their name more through the mud than it already has been. Do yourself a favor before you or your loved one is being accused of theft the day after Christmas, shop anywhere else but WalMart.

Horrible! Do not trust online or curbside pick up process, the staff are unresponsive and show little pride in their performance, let alone customer satisfaction. I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Larry who was introduced as a manager.....after multiple trips to the stock room he stated that the item I ordered was not in stock and had not been for 5 weeks despite showing 5 available TODAY when ordered. When asked to speak with a manager things got progressively worse as I was introduced to "Coach" Nicholas who was rude , ill- spoken and totally devoid of customer service skills. Walmart owes it to these two gentleman, as well as the Walmart customers , to provide assessment and training if they are to continue in face to face customer interactions. They need help.

Store is always dirty and staff is under trained, over worked and not helpful. I try very hard to never go there.

Bought my grandson a Halloween kids book and some beef broth so I went to the 'quick check' line. The clerk stood there and read and perused the entire book (about ten pages) while everybody in line waited. Jokingly I told her I want a discount because it was now a 'used' book. She didn't reply but I could hear the grumbling from the people in line behind me. Walmart employees...who does their hiring?

The staff are friendly and nice. I wanted popcorn shrimp and they admitted that they didn't have any popcorn shrimp that was fresh so they offered to make one for me. That was pretty nice. Every time when we shop and I get food here it's good.

They sell this chapstick called "mango kiss-peppermint" and let me just say this shit sucks balls. It's drying asf but you bet my happy ass that I'll continue using it.

They never have anything in stock.. and then you come back a few times in a month, they still never restock it. Everything is always thrown everywhere, and it's very hard to find stuff. There is NEVER an associate around, and they run on a skeleton staff for the checkout lanes.

I needed to get a few last minute holiday gifts and figured I'd stop here to get them. After this shopping trip I remember now why I don't shop here!! The store was an absolute disaster!! Merchandise was not where it should be and there were only 2 checkout lanes open! I gave 1 star only because I had too!!!

This store is always trashed. Dirty - things all over the floor. Especially on the hardlines side of the store. The produce here is dreadful. I will only go to this store as a last resort or if they have an amazing sale on electronics. I do not buy any groceries at this store.

It's Walmart! You get the same at most Walmart great people watching at all hours of the day. I was here and the cashier said half the people pay with food stamps. That was kinda entertaining as she was poking fun at the people in line. Always a cheap product at Walmart! The butcher told me he wouldn't even buy meat here too! He said he goes to Hardings.
