It's a good wash for the most part however, I wish there were an option for only Hub Scrub, without the Tire Shine...
Tire Shine always splatters all.over my clean car. BUT HERES THE PRO TIP: pull over to the side after your wash and wipe the tires down before you actually drive off.

Solid option and seems to clean as well as any automatic car wash. Did have an issue once where it skipped everything after the soap. I sent an e-mail and within 24 hours I had a code for a free top tier wash.

Something happened to the app where I had no access to the account I couldn't get my car washed. Laura at the corporate level had me start a new account and then she was closing the old account. She then reversed the charges for this month. So now I am getting a car washes for free. That is outstanding customer service.

You can choose touch or touchless car wash. Sitting in the car wash gives me a chance to plan the rest of my errand run while my vehicle gets cleaned.

It does a good job! I always do the soft touch and it gets the truck clean for the most part I live in a dirt road so i don't expect it to be perfect but it gets the dust off!

Their touchless wash gets my Escape clean when others leave the rear end dirty. And if I have a problem, they have always remedied it quickly - 2 problems in 3 years. The wheel scrub does an amazing job!

We have used this car wash for over 4 years. It's in a convenient location. Great w as without damage to our vehicles including cars, suv and truck.

It's ok. Try to get a coupon from getting gas at meijer gas station. That makes it more reasonably priced, otherwise I would not recommend.

It's hard to continue using this business when the car wash is hit or miss. Sometimes the wash is subpar and then sometimes the drying system or hub scrub is not working. It's embarrassing to leave a car wash with a car that isn't cleaned. The garbages are often full, hoses are clogged rendering their service useless.
