Every single time I’ve needed warranty service the vehicle needs to go back afterwards for the same issue or a related one. Transmission was rebuilt at 70,000, brand new transmission was installed at 78,000 miles and was pouring fluid out when I got home from picking it up. 1 year, 20,000 miles later that transmission needed rebuilt. Now less a week after bringing it home it is leaking transmission fluid and coolant and still not shifting correctly. Since buying the vehicle from Zeigler Ford Plainwell close $24,000.00 of work has needed to be done to it in two years of ownership. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE OR HAVE A VEHICLE SERVICED HERE!

If you get a vehicle from them like I did I bought a 2014 ram 1500 SLT 2wd ffv 2 days later emissions problem don't call them if your vehicle is as is because my experience there wasn't good and now I'm fucked because I used my whole settlement from getting hit by car on this vehicle tried fixing it but ran out of money so here I am can't drive it and paying insurance on it so my point is do your research before choosing them got to say the main guy manager was cool but non the less I got screwed..so my child and I will be walking all winter because of this damn loss ..good luck to all vehicle buyers out there buying your first vehicle out right is a good feeling till things arise

I have bought two cars. From this dealership. Have had great service doing so. I dealt with a most personable young man. Levi-- He was knowledgeable about the history of the model I wanted and went way beyond to help me to find a car that would accommodate my mobility problems of being able to enter a car. It is people like him that keep me coming back .
