If you are in a hurry... don't go here. Pulled up to the drive thru (#3 in line) and sitting there for 5 minutes and only have 1 car move. Decided to walk in. Couldn't, because the doors were locked. Returned to drive thru and waiting for 20 minutes finally got my order taken. Yes I should have left sooner. Finally left BK drive thru at 3:59 pm. Next time I promise, I'll go to Canton.

How this location is still an existence is beyond me. The drive-through experience is ridiculously awful. Be prepared for a 4 to 5 minute wait, just to have a barely coherent person take your order, only to receive poorly-made cold food. That is, if they have it.Last time, after waiting a few minutes, they claimed that drive-through was going through “shift change“, and would be down for 15 minutes.Tonight, I literally waited five minutes for someone to take my order, with only one other car in the drive-through. Oh, and they were out of tomatoes, ketchup, and nuggets.This must be a franchise because a corporate store would have closed this terrible location down for lack of revenue.I can’t wait for the AI order robots to take over jobs from these idiots.

Terrible service, slow, cold food & can't get food correct. 2 out of 4 sandwiches where missing meat! Manager on the phone says sorry, probably couldn't hear you in the drive thru... Then say you couldn't hear. Not offered anything as replacement.

Consistently unprepared. Card reader is always down so bring cash. Didn't have buns and tried to upcharge me to get potato buns instead... why should I have to pay more for this places lax inventory practices lol, seems a little backwards. When I actually CAN order food here, its mid even by burger king standards.

I would put a zero if I can I can write a book on this one first. They open when they want then they messed my order up Friday I talk to manager he told me he would replace it tell them his name it was yesterday went up there the lady manager is very rude and talk to people out of line im going to call corporate Monday cuz I don't appreciate it they have messed my food up numerous of times. I'm summer with teenagers playing messing it up that whole store needs new people period

The store is run down, poorly maintained. Drive-thru closed, lobby service only. No one bothered to put up a cone to indicated drive-thru was closed.
