I had questions for him about a missing windshield trim piece on another vehicle and, at no cost, he took a look at it, recognized why the trim flew off and told me what needed to be done so that I could fix the clips myself. He also taught me where to get the trim piece too. In all he saved me way over $150 on just the parts. Because of the vehicle I would’ve had to have bought them from the OEM. He also showed me how I could easily do the work myself in minutes and avoid paying for labor as well.
