Have been with Community Financial for more than 20 years. They are always extremely kind and helpful. I have multiple accounts with them and had a car loan through them. I recommend them hands down.

Have had a car loan with these people for 4 years. NEVER a late payment. Mailed a pmt the day it was due (forgot-and they don’t make it easy to pay online-only check I write all month). And I GOT A COLLECTION NOTICE. Seriously, will never do business again with these people again. They’ve lost their mind. Must have been 3 days late.

I would give them a zero if I could. These people mess up the opening of your account and somehow it's your fault. THEN you get a letter in the mail saying due to a "misdeed" they are closing your account. What?? Avoid this place. Ms Milner is a joke.

Poor customer service every time. I just spoke to someone who did not listen to me from the moment he got on the phone. Even stated that the reason that I called in the first place didn't exist but yet he correct what I called for. Hum....Multiple mistakes with loans and accounts. Even ran my credit report without my consent. Every time I call, I can never get the right answer to the security questions because they were not made by me to access my own account. If you are wrong than you have to go into the bank, I will not mention specific location, they are generally some of the stupidest people I have ever met in my life. Portal is very limited and I should have been able to fix what I called for today through it. My husband has had an account their since he was 16 years old and we both have been members since the early 1990's at this point not sure why I stay.

I just wanted you to know what an amazing employee you have in Moe Darwiech. He is truly an asset to Community Federal Credit Union and I wanted to reach out to you to let you know the awesome experience I had working with him.My family and I were CFCU customers for many years in Plymouth before moving out of state, which complicated everything for me when my brother died unexpectedly. He was a loyal customer, too, but living hundreds of miles away didn’t help matters when I became trustee of his estate.Moe helped me immensely when I struggled to get information and help. Moe took the time and went the extra mile to help me. — and took care of everything. He promised to call me back and HE DID. That rarely happens nowadays. In addition, he followed up to make sure everything was handled and offered further assistance if I needed anything.What a great guy! Give him a big raise! He is the epitome of customer service and CFCU is lucky to have such a great employee.

Community Financial has the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. That's the reason I have stayed with this credit union long and do not plan on switching anytime soon. Special shoutout to James who always calls back and is always such a pleasure to work with. Thanks!

CFCU has done a complete 180 and gone straight downhill in the last year. They no longer care about their members or the community. Communication is awful amongst different departments and provide minimal effort to help members. I would give 0 stars if I could. I highly advise banking elsewhere.

I have done 3 loans with CFCU since 2019. Everything was great until the CEO retired. I felt they tried too hard to be "woke". It felt like a fake vibe. Hard to expalin.My loan officer invited me and a realtor to their piston suite. Both of us are not white. Which i usually dont even pay attention to this until. Less then 24 hours they fired my loan officer. A realtor he was working with complained about something between them. Which was his first complaint in 6-7 years. They wouldnt allow him to see the email and have a chance to defend himself. I almost felt like having inviting me and the realtor to the game was an issue. It just doesn't make sense. So i decided to read reviews from Canvas. Which is the former company the current CEOs used to work at. It explains a lot to me how and why CFCU is going in the wrong direction. It's sad, bc I felt really comfortable with CFCU until the change happen. It almost seems the board committee didn't background check this new CEO

I called the Plymouth branch to investigate applying for an auto loan since I had another through that branch. I spoke with Montoya. She was EXCELLENT. Very knowledgable. She was able to answer my questions quickly and guide me through the process. Long story short, I closed on the loan the next day and did not have to leave my home office. This was the most efficient and pleasant loan experience I have ever had. Thank you Montoya!!!

Been a member for decades. Generally people working their helpful and friendly. Now since the new CEO has been installed, the wait times to.get through to a human are extensive and replete with commercials and annoying jingles. After 15 minutes I said hell no. I can drive to my local office more quickly. Very disappointing after many years of being a member. Newer is not always better.

Barb Sadowski is an absolute sweetheart. Whenever I have a credit card issue she is always there to help. I love her positive attitude and her ability to clearly explain the situation. She deserves a big raise.
