I was impressed with the speed and professionalism of the Pharmacy Counter and the Store Cashier, Jennifer was wonderful at applying extracare bucks and coupons to my regular sale. As a semi retired person, that means a lot to me. I felt very happy when I left and I will shop here (Store #8077) again to get great service and save $.

The staff at this location used to be really nice. I haven’t seen any of those staff members recently, and everyone that has been there during my recent trips have been extremely rude for no reason. I get that people have bad days sometimes, but it’s EVERY time I go now. I have worked in customer service and know how rude customers can be, so I’m always nice to everyone there and yet I’m usually met with an attitude. I picked this pharmacy because it’s close to me and has a drive thru, but I dread going to pick up my meds now because I’ve yelled at or treated like a junkie because I was ONE DAY too early to pick up my ADHD meds. I’ll most likely be switching pharmacies. I miss the people who worked here and were nice to me.

This CVS is quite good. Staff was really nice and swift when checking others out. They always have good sales, and it looked really stocked and clean in the store as well. The parking spots are also handicapable and so is the front door, there is no steps. On the outside ot also looks really clean with frequent upkeep. It was hot outside and they did provide air conditioning. Overall, this is a good CVS location.

The staff is the best Ive dealt with in over 5 years. They care about you as a person as well as well as your convenience. They offer helpful tips and make sure your meds don't negatively interact with any over the counter. And they dont get a bed attitude if the have to help cash out the customers if the front is super busy.

This is my favorite cvs. I drive out of my way to go just to this specific store. The pharmacy staff rocks.

This CVS location is fully accessible. There could be a few more handicapped parking spots, but the doors and aisles are accessible. Cosmetics are not as well stocked here compared to other CVS locations. For instance, their Wet n Wild endcap has lipliners stuffed in where the liquid lipsticks should be. This disorder applies to other brands of makeup as well. The pharmacy is excellent, and is the reason for the high rating despite the complaints. The pharmacists and techs are great. Amir is an especially helpful pharmacist. Prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. The staff is helpful and polite. I live between this and another CVS, and this is the one I always go to for my prescriptions.

I would have given this store 5-stars, if it was not for the pharmacist on duty today. I recently moved to plymouth, went to this store and met the male pharmacist. I discussed all my prescriptions and condition with him. He was knowledgeable, very nice and helpful. The support staff was also wonderful. Today, however, the female pharmacist on duty is holding my medication hostage and playing doctor with my health and meds. One of my scripts is due to fill today. It was scheduled and the other pharmacist assured me I could even pick it up before work. In attempting to pickup my due, scheduled script, today's pharmacist was incredibly rude, stern and completely unhelpful. So, I called CVS Corporate Pharmacy and spoke to the lovely, nice and extremely helpful Corporate Pharmacist. She confirmed my script is, in fact, fillable today and called the Plymouth store to discuss with the pharmacist on duty. She still refused! Despite, corporate approving and the law allowing it. Plus, not complyingwith what me, the patient, is prescribed. I find it extremely concerning that the pharmacist is playing doctor. It is not only so wrong to withhold medication from a patient who need it to treat a chronic, debilitating condition, but to be rude and judgmental on top of it. What this woman is doing is totally wrong. I am absolutely beyond angry and frustrated. Apparently, I'm only going to be able to work with the other pharmacist.

I have given this location plenty of chances over the years, but not anymore. I would rather drive farther to go to a different drug store than deal with my privacy being invaded. I had some photos done that included my babies at bath time. When I went to pick up the photos the Indian woman at the register said "some of your photos were inappropriate" while I was checking out with people behind me in line. I was confused at first and when I got home I opened my photos and there was a note that said several of my photos were not included because they were adult in nature. Sure enough, none of the photos of my babies were in my envelope. Oh, and I still got charged for those photos. This wasn't the first time I had a problem like this with them. However, it had been a while so I gave them one last chance a few weeks ago. Many of the other stores photo services were down, so my only option was this store. I placed a one hour photo order and got an automatic e-mail that my order was delayed. This was exactly 3 weeks ago and still no photos! For all I know some employee could have printed and kept my photos. I'm done with this place and will go to a different drug store from now on thanks to this horrible service.
