CVS stores are clean, organized, and well stocked. I love their extra bucks and mostly reasonable prices. It's definitely my preferred Pharmacy store.

I appreciate that the personal knows me by name and do everything to help me. They have called neighboring CVS to ensure I get my prescription when not available at this store. They are always pleasant , especially Vaishel.

The staff in the pharmacy VERT RUDE! I get the law but not even letting me return the medicine that wasn't helping me or even making a suggestion of a different medication.

I was just in to pick up a prescription that wasn’t quite ready. The woman with curly black hair(I believe it was the actual pharmacist on shift), I didn’t catch her name, thought it was professional to read line by line my prescription history out loud and proceeded to make a snide comment. Full well knowing I was in an earshot sitting in the waiting area. She did not mention my name, thankfully for her, but handed the pharm tech my prescription to complete my order. This was unprofessional, embarrassing and rude. My guess is this isn’t probably the first time she’s done that. Beware.

I used the CVS on Middlebelt and Warren in Westland. I never had one problem in all the time I used them which was for years. I moved to Plymouth last summer and began using this CVS. It’s been a terrible experience. Last no waits, rude staff, lost prescriptions and would tell me there were no refills when there were. Will be leaving them ASAP.

amateur pharmacists! avoid this place at all costs if you wish to reliably receive your medicine, the people who work here could care less about you and are disgusting. i will no longer be coming here. show yourself self respect and find another pharmacy to go to!

The absolute worst pharmacy to get any prescriptions filled or sent to. Do yourself a favor and go to a different pharmacy/cvs.

Store itself is good but the pharmacy has really gotten bad over the past year or so. I transferred all my scripts out.
