Tried to transfer funds to another bank. Got a call (likely to confirm I'm the one trying to do this). Told to dial an extension. The extension doesn't get answered and disconnects every time. Transactions cancelled. Happened 2X. Now missed out on 7% CD for 7 month special offer. Thanks DFCU. So long, will be closing and going to a properly run financial institute.

I spent 10 years with a bank, no issues but I wanted something more local. Tried DFCU and I have been completely disappointed with their services over the past several months, I will never work with a credit union again.

They charged me a fee to receive a bank statement (which they are legally obligated to provide) and fees for having less than $200. I'm so poor I can't afford $200 so I can definitely afford to pay you a fee. Makes sense. Um, not. Worst banking experience I've ever had. 0/10.

Ha this simply must be a training outpost. Never had the slightest issues with dfcu for 30 yrs till I started using this branch. Jeez guys.

Very busy location and the hours are not what are posted. They close early on Fridays.
