Had a bad experience with Nick J and subpar service in general.Car brought in for tire rotation, oil change, and recall repairs. I live on a dirt road, and the dealerships courtesy car wash rinsed caked dirt on the inside of the wheel unevenly, resulting in unbalanced wheels.I understand this happens, however professional repair shops should have experience with this and take steps to mitigate it (wash the rims while the tires are off the car.) If the dealership is unwilling to do this critical step, then they should be up front about any additional fees required.The car shakes when driving and will continue to shake until the dirt is fully rinsed from the inside of the wheels, restoring the balance. Again this is not an uncommon issue and dealerships, if they know their stuff, will account for it.Nick J offered to rebalance the wheels for $225. It should have been fixed in the first place without input from me. Somehow they missed the vibrating wheels when they test drove the car, and missed an “opportunity” to offer to rebalance the wheels at that time for profit.Also I’ve found more accurate (lower) user reviews on other review platforms as well. Beware!

The dealership provided customer service and care that most dealers use to offer to include but not limited too; filling up the tank, refreshments, full vehicle detailing and a expedited process. I was in and out of the dealership in a short few hours. If you want a positive experience try this place first.

Quick, fast, and painless. Showed up at 4:45, they closed at 6:00, drove out at 7:00. Love my new car. Staff did a wonderful job, shout out to Kaylee.

Had 7:30am appointment for oil change, new battery, and some recalls. Called at 4pm to check on progress and was told truck had not yet been touched and they wanted to keep it through next week. Since no loner was offered, we got the truck back, drove to auto shop and changed the battery ourselves in the parking lot. Went to Auto Lube and got oil changed in less than 10 minutes. Never coming back here.

This purchase of the 2017 Ram Van with the 4 cylinder motor should be very useful in transporting my work equipment in the local area. The Salesman repeatedly went out of his way to demonstrate extra service to verify and validate that Ram Van's excellent performance. Since the Ram Van purchased will not require a running board my wife is very pleased with this Ram van for her possible future driving and future riding in this 4 cylinder van.

I am surprised that CDJR doesn't at least give you a single free oil change anymore for a lease or a discounted rate on a 3-pack of oil changes. That would be nice. I worked with Marcus and appreciated the assistance in getting everything handled with the old lease and the new one. I am a little nervous on what the return will be when returning the vehicle in 2026 since vehicles are so expensive now.

Picked our Jeep up yesterday from service for a low tire pressure concern. When the service advisor brought it around for us to pick up the low tire pressure was light was still on. He added some air and said it would get better if we drove it. What a joke! This morning woke up, even lower air pressure either they didn’t even try to fix it or they can’t fix the tire leak. Either way bad service.

We've had to use them for service several times and unfortunately it's consistently a terrible experience. They don't give you any updates on your vehicle. You have to call and keep trying to find out what's going on and then the latest is I go in there and spend $800 they tell us our car is fixed and as soon as we pull out the engine light turns on and the car is leaking all over the place as if they didn't even test drive it to see what they did worked. I'm not one to leave bad reviews unless things are really bad but unfortunately consistently over and over this place is not good as far as service goes.

Came back from a trip ready to buy tires for my vehicle and found the air suspension had failed. Took it to my usual dealer and he told me two weeks to look at it. Went down the road to Dick Scott and even though they were busy they said bring it in tomorrow. Diagnosed it that day and ordered parts- let me take it home that night so I wouldn't be with out transportation. Service Professional Jesse Kasenow not only got me in first thing the next day but also gave be a great deal on tires. I had bought most of my tires at Belle or Discount never realizing this Dealer would match the price and offered Chrysler Care to back it up.Never had a Dealer make accommodations to make my service so seamless- Drivers took me home and picked me up, right on time. Service Professional went out of his way to keep me informed on the progress. Great price and QUALITY repair. Had my horror stories with Land Rover and Chevy but totally outclassed by this establishment. Thank you Jesse and the whole Team at Dick Scott!

This dealership sends out false/misleading advertising, like fake prize winner ads. Additionally, they have some of the rudest most judgy sales people I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They will immediately judge whether you seem like you'll buy and treat you like garbage if they even suspect you won't.

Awful awful service; I would give them zero stars if I could. They had our vehicle for over a month and never responded to my texts or calls. When I finally got a hold of someone they said they could not find a problem with the truck and told us it was ready for pick up. As soon as we drove it off the lot every issue we told them about was happening again. They told us they drove it multiple times and it was fine..did they actually?? Doesn't seem likely. Wont use them again; very disappointing and even after I asked for calls back, no one would call me back. I asked for a manager and never got one.. dont waste your time here.

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for a recall repair. Was told they have a transporter that would take me home during repair.Showed up for my appointment at 7:15 am was told a transporter won’t be showing up until 9 am.I explained that I made this appointment having been told I would have a ride home by their transporter and couldn’t wait there 2 hours until their transporter arrived. The worker didn’t offer any alternative options and didn’t hesitate to let me go without servicing my vehicle.Would never recommend this service department with their terrible customer service. Especially when the error was with the information they provided and I had to leave without the recall repair in my vehicle.
