This dealership is a joke. I took my jeep wrangler in for a free oil change that was included in the deal when I bought it. I have no issue that they told me it would be an hour to 2 hours for them to change it, or that I had to get my own Lyft home while they worked on it. My issue is the fact that I didn't get a phone call, text, or email saying that it was done. I just showed up about 2 hours later and it's sitting outside. The biggest issue is the fact that my brand new wrangler started overheating 4 days after I got this service done. And since then, I've had to put coolant in it atleast twice a day cause it's drinking it like Sunny D. Part 2b to that issue is the fact that I called them to explain what's going on and left a message last Friday and it's the following Tuesday and I still have not heard from anyone. I get that everywhere is short staffed, but that's no excuse for awful service and zero accountability.

There is a random vibrating on the floor of the cab of my truck, I told them it was not from the tires (I just had them looked at before going to the dealer), so I told dick Scott not to touch my tires. They didn’t listen and balanced my tires and billed me $120 for doing so! The vibration was caused by a faulty mds, I brought it to have it fixed and they said they have no idea how to fix that. Truly a useless place to take a car or truck to be fixed. Took advantage of me because I’m a woman I guess

Dick Scott is top notch. Antwone Bedford delivered us like 4 or 5 vehicles and he delivers every time. Professional, friendly, educated and he actually listens to you rather than telling you what you need. He is unbelievable. Will definitely be back to see him!!

Have been looking for a Jeep Wrangler for a couple months now. Found a 2018 Sahara and absolutely loved it! Came back a month later and it was still there and Rich helped me out. Most just wanna run your credit and get you in and out but Rich was very helpful and explained everything in detail and was incredibly patient with everything! I’m loving my new car 100%, thanks again !

Horrible dealership. They advertised a voucher for $5000 which was a lie. Went up there with the hope of using a $5000 voucher and the cars are the same price as if you didn’t have a voucher. I even work for Chrysler an still couldn’t come up with a deal. They said I had negative equity which I knew but that is what the voucher was for that they advertised. They ran my credit off of false pretenses. I will be getting a lawyer because of being lied too.

They are not interested in selling. I have been looking to buy a jeep for some times now and there was one jeep which was close to I was looking for. There was a place where I gave my information. I was hoping I would get a call like every other dealers. I got a text mentioning I can call them in their number. That's also fine. Called them and I think they were closed that day so I left voicemail dud not get a call back at all and I had to call them again multiple times. After that also they acted like they have lots a people looking at that jeep and would not matter if I buy or not.

I have never had more problems with leasing a vehicle. Don't let the "amazing" deal fool you as the experience and time spent fixing their mistakes will not be worth it. I leased a vehicle last June, had SEVERAL problems with the leasing process to which countless hours were spent, even after I brought my lease home, and almost a year later, went to go get one of the five oil changes that were an incentive in my lease to find these were not inputted in the system. I am absolutely burnt out with this dealership and would recommend you stear clear.

Would not recommend. Very rude, had my truck for 2 weeks before they even looked at it, and I had an appointment. Was not completely fixed the first time it went in, the second or third. Very poor management and customer service.

Service an part department are terrible. I'd advise you take your vehicle somewhere else. I needed a new side view mirror. I called, they ordered it, I scheduled an appointment. Part came in, took my car in on a Monday morning around 8 AM. Was told mid afternoon it would be completed. Called back around 5 PM, guy had no idea, the technician who helped me in the morning had left, he said he'll call when it's ready. I call again at 6 PM, guy says "they're working on it." So 10 hours in and they're just now putting the mirror on? He said he would check and call me back with a status update. Calls me back around 7 PM and tells me they don't have the right part. I told him I ordered and paid for it and he said that they ordered the wrong part and someone from the Parts department was suppose to call me..Needless to say I wanted my car back. He said someone would call in the morning... I said no and went to get it. They tried to get me to reorder a part that was $150 more than the one that they told me to order the first time. I said no and returned the other part cancelled my service and will never go back there again. So I get my keys and then it takes them half an hour to find my car because no one knows where it is...I got home about 12 hours after I dropped my car off and they had fixed nothing.Honestly, if they had offered me a rental or anything I probably would have been fine with it, people make mistakes. But that service was some of the worst I have ever received.

I had nothing but trouble from the jump. My sister and I found a specific van that was (being) traded in. It was priced at 2k. I knew there were going to be issues with the van. I didn't expect to have issues with the Sales Associate returning my calls/texts. I found a different van elsewhere.

Sadly, this dealership treat certain people very different. I went into the showroom and they pretty much discouraged me from applying (perhaps, they’d figured they were wasting time: likely because of my appearance). I have excellent credit and have never had issues with obtaining financing. It’s horrible to think, but probably not the best place for a minority to shop; take your money to a place that will respect you (that will give you a welcoming environment, not a “too-good for you” attitude). I went to another dodge dealership and purchased my car, will be picking it up tomorrow! It’s 2021, we must read between the lines!
