l ordered online the two dozen bagels & shmear. Did not get what the description said I would get & instead nearly half of the order was a bunch of the bagels they clearly have a hard time selling (ancient grain, pumpernickel, etc). It was supposed to be a treat for my coworkers because I love them and we've all been working hard. Nobody was interested in the pumpernickels or ancient grains and whatever the other unlisted ones were. overall it was an embarrassing waste.Called same day was told manager would call back in an hour. Waited 48 hours with no contact from them, called back. Spoke to a Hillary, who basically confirms that she's aware of what the website says but if they don't have the bagels they don't have the bagels. Says if I want specific bagels I should call ahead, as if I am supposed to know this. Says I can come pick up some bagels if I want to, and even after I tell her that the location is not convenient for me to get to (it's 40 min from home and even further from my work) & that I just happened to be out there for an appt that day that's all she's willing to offer. If they know what the website says and they can't provide what the description says, y'know what I paid for, it should be on them to contact me and advise me of such before starting my order.Lesson learned, I guess. I will not order from Einstein bagels again. I'll just contact corporate for my refund.

This was horrible customer service I came 30 min before they close. I said I needed one second at the drive through and she said just so you know we close soon basically telling me to hurry up in a rude way. Then it didn’t come toasted and my bad if I was suppose to request it but I then waited at the window and honked my horn in a polite manner just to get their attention and they continuously ignored me. I’ve worked at a fast food place I know you can hear someone honk at the drive thru. She calmined she couldn’t hear me and said she couldn’t fix my order. This was a horrible experience and I will never return. I don’t think the managers should hire people who don’t want to work. This is your job. I understand it might get frustrating but get a different job.

Extremely rude workers in the drive thru at 7am. Food-wise, I usually get a bagel with plain cream cheese on the side and it always has an onion taste to it, as if they do not change/wash their spatulas. Also, always ask for the little cup creamers on the side because their creamer is usually expired. I tried to call to inform a manager on my poor experience prior to this review but no one answers their phone.

Love this place! Their bagle sandwiches are the best. I highly recommend this spot and will be back. Great service and pleasing atmosphere inside are a bonus. Check them out.

I know I just ran in for a quick bagel, but that didn't happen. Service was slow. Of the 4 coffee urns, I only liked 2 of the flavors. Of those two, one was empty and the other ice cold. Amazing.Had to ask for coffee. Might as well have gone and made it myself, as long as it took. Other customers were typical and had no manners. Bagel was fine, coffee was eventually good, despite having to serve myself WHILE IT WAS BREWING! ?, but the cinnamon roll was dried out. When did that get baked? Can't you preserve it better at over 4 bucks a piece?Young lad working the drive through seemed to do more than the others combined.Guess I'm glad I don't pass that way regularly. I hope it was just an off day and I was the lucky one. ?

I will never understand why this location is so slow. They open at 6 am and at 609am I had to wait over 10 mins on my order. The truck in front of me was pissed and took his money back. The car behind me left. Even later in the day they are slow. Horrible customer service. I’m surprised they can even remain open.

For the second time in a row now, the person I spoke to at the drive-thru made it very clear that they had an issue with my accent. For context, I’ve lived in the States for over 15 years, work at a higher-ed job where communications is paramount, and I rarely ever have issues communicating. The few times I do, I’m always happy to repeat myself. Today, the person took my order gave me an attitude about one word they had me repeat, sighted and laughed (!!!) when they rectified my pronunciation of that word. They proceeded to tell me they had “no idea what I was saying” even though they got my full order perfectly correct. Clearly they must have understood something right... It’s worth mentioning that my child was with me, and had to experience how poorly some folks think they can treat immigrants in this country, even as patrons. So I’ll take my dual-citizen self, my French accent, and my American dollar to another location where my accent isn’t an issue. I hear that new bagel spot in DTP is delicious.

The company that owns Einstein reached out to me and was able to refund my meal. They were apologetic regarding the incident and I appreciated the fact that they reached out to me and were able to refund me for the meal I received. I am not sure I will venture out but I will say their customer service made up for the sandwich I had!
