Do not use this location. Their customer service needs a lot of improvement. Also, the car they gave me for my rental had not been cleaned and was disgusting on the inside.

This is the worst customer service I’ve had at a Hertz. They rarely answer the phone during their business hours and it’s always very slow when you stop by in person. I don’t recommend this store if you’d like smooth hassle-free service.

I reserved a car that was supplier's choice and was $40 a day. When I arrived there, they said they don't have any car in that range. They said we only have 1 car that is $39 more expensive. Double the price I reserved. If you don't have a car, why do you let people reserve it? If it is supplier's choice, why do you charge more for the car? This place is a SCAM.

We recently had the pleasures of working with Lonnie, the branch manager, and he provided excellent customer service. That's it! That's the review! Ask for him and he will take care of you.

For anyone going through insurance to get a rental car. This hertz location was quick and easy. I had progressive, I was able to choose that what car I wish to drive base on my insurance coverage of the rental. As of now there hasn't been any hidden fees.

I've had some really poor experiences with hurt over the past couple of years and this is probably the first location where that's not true. The woman that works at the front was very nice she was prompt and got me on my way and literally 5 minutes flat. Very nice lady very positive experience.

Worst experience ever. They charged me $167.96 for insurance I did ask for, want, or need. I contacted "Hertz Cares" they refused a refund, they claim I was charged as I did not show proof of insurance at the time I rented the vehicle. Hertz doesn't Care should be the name of their customer service center. As a side note I'm a 60 year old female with a perfect driving record NEVER an accident.

Booked car a week ago. They called the day of with no cars available due to rentals not being returned. Had to cancel trip, no going back from there. Also, whenever I called to extend my trips in the past, I was told nope, this cars reserved, it must be returned. Guess I wasn't afforded that same courtesy. They also had no back up plan, no other cars from other Hertz, no other options just, "you're screwed"

Totally sucks was stranded no way to talk to a person for help. Automated phone says web service only and hung up on me. Will never use hertz again. Enterprise actually has people that answer the phone.

The worse experience ever. The agent and only person in charge, Andrew, is inefficient and incapable of managing a store. On top of that he has an attitude and is rude.What I don't understand is why this person is still working there with so many bad reviews about the horrible customer service experience. ?If there was a 0 star option, they deserve it!

The manager is unprofessional and workers don’t care. 4-5 customer waiting for services and the manager and his workers were eating and not providing services. They charged me $18 extra for upgrade while I did not ask for upgrade and the manager was arguing with me and at the end he did not refund me the $18. I will never go back there and I will never recommend hertz on Plymouth rd, Livonia to anyone.

Best rental car experience ever. Why did they get 3 stars? I was in and out when I picked my car up and the gentlemen were super friendly. (Well the one, I asked the other one if he had coffee today) we all had a chuckle. Clean car, upgraded at no charge and non smoking and they kept it pretty close to what my insurance pays. Much better then Enterprise.

Appalling service. picked up a car noticed it smelled terrible and a tire warning light came on. Returned the vehicle telling them it wasn't acceptable and that I didn't want it anymore. 20 minutes later I was charged $41 for 1 days use and 5 miles. Neither myself or the company I worked for will be using this Hertz facility again.
