I thought it was time to update my review of this Kroger. It still has a restocking problem. And, don't let them tell you it is due to lingering supply chain issues. This location has always had restocking issues, as my two pre-pandemic reviews indicate. This week, the organic vegetable section looked like it had been attacked by locusts. No cucumbers, no cilantro, lots of gaping holes. They have trimmed down their selection of premium butters. No Vital Farms, no Plugra - Kerry Gold is pretty much your only option. Shame. Honestly, I only shop at this Kroger because of its location. If I had a more convenient option, I would go elsewhere.

This is my favorite Kroger near me. I usually prefer to go to this one over Canton. The quality of the food items are more fresh and it's just more clean overall in the store. Their sushi is also way fresher.

I have been upset for quite a long time with Kroger because they don't carry Michigan potatoes. I'm not sure why since they are a far better tasting potato than any of the others. But I just kept quiet about it. Now, they have substituted Pioneer sugar for their brand of sugar. I have no objections to Kroger providing their brands of products, as a matter of fact, they are very good for the most part. But why do they have to remove the Michigan brand of sugar to put theirs in? It's definitely not for the reason that they don't have the room, the shelf had tons of the Kroger brand sugar on there. There was room for one or two more brands. Kroger makes a lot of money in Michigan. This is a heck of a way to show appreciation! Kroger is ANTI-MICHIGAN! They are ingrates and should be ashamed!

For 6 months I have experienced bad service, long lines, no open check-out lanes for a cashier and a bagger. It wasn't always this way. But it is impossible to shop there any longer. I cannot go through a u-scan line with a full cart of groceries? I cannot recommend going there except for 1 or 2 items and be prepared, you will wait in a long line. Staff are so over whelmed that they are not helpful, this used to be different. Trader Joes is still functioning well. Why is that? Better pay and caring attitudes toward staff? That will be my go to until change happens.

If I could give Zero stars I would! Kroger's customer service is rapidly circling the drain! This afternoon I bought gas at their fuel station #670. I was paying with a gift card. I was directed at the pump to see the cashier, so I went. She informed me that I couldn't use a gift card at the pump, I had to go to the cashier, I told her I was not aware of that as I received it for Christmas. I have no idea where the next comment came from, but here it was, and I am quoting: "what's with the shitty attitude?" I think I stood there looking at her for a moment because I couldn't believe what Debbie (her name tag) had just said to me. I looked at her and replied, "you're the one with a shitty attitude". Nope "you walked up here with a shitty attitude" she replied. At that I informed her she did not need to be working for Kroger, she had no customer service skills to speak of, and she could obviously care less. At that I told her I didn't know what her issue was, maybe it was because she was stuck in a box all day, but that she just needed to breathe. She could have cared less. Probably knows how desperate Kroger is for help and she won't be termed and could speak to customers any way she pleased. No pint in going to the store manager, good luck finding one! The customer service counter frequently has the closed sign on the desk. There is no customer service at Kroger, and they don't care. It was convenient to shop there and use them for the gas discount, but no more. Not that they care. Not worth it to shop there anymore anyway, the store shelves are always bare. Went down the road to Meijer's where the shelves were full. Think I'll shop there from now on and use their gas. I expect no reply from Kroger because they simply could care less.

Despite the stocking issues, I deal with it because of the convenient location, or the lack of cashiers and long lines, that's not even my main issue with this store, it's the management Luis is a rude, terrible manager , he zips around and looks busy but isn't good at customer service at all Every time I need something he is incredibly rude Then had the nerve to try to lecture me tonight about kindness when he couldn't even give me a fillet in quarters? Like four mor quarters would have made a difference when the store constantly was having an inflow of traffic, so I went across the parking lot to the health food store and low and behold they gave me 6 dollars in quarters, and I know whenever someone give you a issue and tells you about your self yall say good riddance so the feelings mutual my Money can go else where

Two lines are open. The store isn't overwhelming busy, but the managers refuse to open more lines. 30 minutes to wait for a small amount of groceries is ridiculous.

Kroger pharmacy staff is very rude and not good at explaining things. I had a very difficult time transferring a prescription and ended up just switching pharmacies to CVS.

I wish I could give a negative star. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT order a food order to pick up from the Kroger store in Plymouth, MI. They told me when I called that my order would be ready between 1 and 2:00 pm today. I arrived at 1:40 and called to tell them which space I was in. At 3:15, one and one-half hours later I still did not receive my order. I couldn't sit comfortably in my car any longer so I left and came home and cancelled my order. I ordered a pick up from Walmart a few days ago. I was supposed to arrive between 1 and 2:00 pm. When I arrived I called them and they were bringing it to my car within 5 minutes. 5 minutes is much better than 90 minutes. Don't order a pick up order form Krogers.

This is consistently the worst Kroger store I have ever been to, and I have been a regular shopper at Kroger in this area since the mid-80s. They routinely are out of stock in ordinary, every day items all over the store; and when an item is on sale, it seems like your chance of finding it on the shelf is about 50%. The bottle return machines and self service cash registers routinely have problems and the staff almost always seems befuddled about how to fix them. That is, when you can find a staff member who is willing to help you. I would give this location one star, but the people in the pharmacy do a nice job.

My husband had a prescription for a 3 month supply and at the time they only had one month supply. When he returned to get the 2 months they owed him the pharmacist, who was very nasty, said he couldn't get it till the 29th of January. He explained that he was owed 2 more months but the pharmacist would do nothing about it. She was a very unpleasant pharmacist.

This is my favored grocery store but I really didn't appreciate the woman sticking in the dairy department with PURPLE hair saying towards me, "JFC!" Um. You're an employee. If I swore at my customers like that I wouldn't have a job anymore. You're stocking shelves. Not saving lives. Get over yourself. Would also be nice to have more Han ONE lane open with a cashier prior to 9 am (per manager this is the Corp guideline & he will not change). Seriously considering going to the other grocery store in town.

They can't keep their shelves stocked and the produce is poor quality. This store should be closed until they learn how to run it properly. This store still has major management issues- I don't have time to go to the grocery store 3 time in a week because you don't have what I need in the shelf- I give up.
