When I signed off on receiving equipment no. one told me I was signing a three year contract. Getting equipment replaced is a joke. I reported faulty equipment and I thought it was going to be replaced after waiting for days at home, when someone came they inspected it and I was told it would be another two weeks to replace because she had to do paperwork. All she did was looked at the machine. So glad I'm free from them as of 7/31/23!!!

PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY. They sent me a defective machine that would not record when I used it. This caused me to not meet my insurance companies requirements. On top of that they keep billing me for it. When I call the employees are incompetent. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general.

I have been connected with Lincare folllowing my hospital stay in Jan 2023. This company has a very poor reputation for customer service and I have experienced several delays getting supplies or finding alternatives when items are backordered. I have attempted to find another source for supplies with no positive results. I strongly suggest finding another company that may better serve the needs of your patients.

Run from this place! Customer service is very poor. They never return phone calls. Gave my friend wrong size full face mask and head gear. Not pleasant people to deal with.Recommend Advanced Medical Solutions the Reichert Health Center at St. Joe's if you want to deal with pleasant people with CPAP technical expertise!

Terrible customer service You cannot get anybody on the phone and it someone takes a message and they never call you back I'm having issues with my equipment for a maintenance The guy that came out was truly very intelligent and experienced but they could not give me another oxygenator to take with me the travel one so he had to give me two portable tanks to take with me and I don't have the one to take with me until they get back to the warehouse this is just a terrible experience for me rude customer service

Absolutely horrific business. I had to wait like a year and a half to get an appointment for a cpap because I had my test done right before covid and when I called this place it seemed fine. I called a couple weeks later and left a message with the secretary and nobody ever called me back. Called a few weeks later same thing when I left a message. At this point if that lady was taking a message I would hang up and call later. Then when I'd get someone they would say I needed to get a new study since mine was done so long ago. At that point I would explain that because of covid I could not come in. They seem to be okay with that but then the problem was that they didn't have my cpap settings from my dr. I called the Dr and had them sent over. Then they said the settings weren't correct. Had them sent again. Then the issue was I needed a new prescription which I got and sent them. Then I needed to Dr's notes. All during this time I had to call them because they NEVER call you back. I also had to give them my new insurance information and then idk what happened but I was still needing to provide info because they kept losing it. I tried following up on calls but at this point its a waste of time since I've tried contacting them for a year. DO NOT waste your time here.

Not happy with the rudeness of some of the staff. Called needing oxygen supplies for my oxygen carryon. Have 7 empty bottles here (like wine bottles), and need to replace them. said I have to come and pick it up. But I'm alone and do not drive. Never had a problem before and if I don't get these replacement soon I will be without oxygen.

I need some minus (➖ ⭐️) starsSince January this year 2022 I am trying to update my insurance on my profile, but LINCARE WON'T UPDATE MY INSURANCE.I keep call them, and every time I choose different option just to reach to someone that can change my insurance, but no one answers, to be honest, only one lady answered my call one day and tried to help, but no one answered her lolLINCARE, do y'all want your money? I guess y'all don't want it, because you keep sending me bills, and I don't pay them because my insurance should cover it, and y'all don't want to update my insurance on my profile.By the way, today is the second day of autumn ? it is September 2022 and I'm trying to deal with this issue since January 2022Lol even a pregnant woman should have given birth by now ?

TheLincare in Plymouth is the worst. Difficult to reach by phone, not polite, have repeatedly asked them to take machine back. Have asked for assistance . My doctor has asked them to assist me. Nothing. My Lincare in Tucson Az is great. DO NOT USE LINCARE IN PLYMOUTH.

I have been calling for over two weeks, for an portable oxygen machine left message after message NO one has called me back. I would never recommend this company. If I had read the reviews before I got my other equipment I would have not used it all. One of the worst medical suppliers.

I had issues with the office that ships the machine to you. So I called the Plymouth office to see if they would be able to help me. They were super nice and friendly and understood my concerns with the issues I was having. They took care of everything no problem. Also Alex reached out to make sure everything was moving along with me getting my machine which I think is super nice and professional.

H have made 2 attempts to speak to someone about Transferring my CPAP supplies to Lincare due to insurance changed and they are one of the few places that take my new insurance. The receptionist on the phone took my information both times and told me that somebody would get back. I was told they have high call volumes and are taking a while to respond. It has been 2 days since my first attempt. When asked when I can expect a return call, I was told the office closes at 5 pm. Not helpful!!!
