“I had the pleasure of using the moving services of the Livonia location of Two Men and a Truck and was extremely satisfied with my experience from start to finish. Grace and Debbie helped me set up the move date within days of my initial call during a very stressful time for me. I was unsure about the need for a moving company but decided to use them to relieve some of the pressure. I’m so glad that I did! The movers, Jerrick and Imara, were amazing! They were prompt, polite and efficient and loaded the truck in a little over an hour. There were 2 drop off locations where they unloaded and placed items as requested. The entire process was easy and went well above my expectations. I would absolutely use their services again and highly recommended them.”

“From my initial phone request for a quote, to moving our household goods, DMS was by far the best moving company out. In the end, they far exceeded our expectations.From the initial home visit, Richard Muckle gave us a not-to-exceed quote, which was better than all the others who by the way, never bothered to send an agent to physically come out and assess our stuff. Turns out, they are sutting in a call center somewhere in Florida.On the other hand, Richard walked through my home and inventoried my stuff. He walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions.Upon confirmation, DMS was able to meet my timing requirements and on pick up day, Tony our driver arrived in a semi, along with 3 other movers. They were quick, efficient and very careful with our belongings and the house.Once on the truck, Chelsea, our main DMS contact, gave us regular updates on the status of the truck and delivery date. The day prior to delivery, we received a 2-hour window and on the day of, Tony, the driver, called to let us know he was an hour away.DMS provides multiple payment options of which, I paid online via credit card. It was easy,,, convenient and there was NO credit card fee.I would definitely recommend DMS, if nothing else, for their professionalism, expertise, convenience, trustworthiness and price.”

“Everyone was great. I give 5 stars to everyone except the billing department. They were quick to charge my credit card, but when the price changed, instead of paying the difference, they biked me for the new full amount and it took over 5 days to reverse the charge from the first payment. Also I emailed Lauren several times and while I'm sure she did stuff in the background, she did not follow up with me by responding to my emails.

Scott was awesome running the loading and unloading of my stuff. So far, nothing was broken. I'm still unpacking!!!
