THESE PEOPLE ARE INCREDIBLE. Best experience I’ve had hands down and best service in an extremely long time.I hit roadkill a few days ago and it started to smell, through the vents. I went through the wash the first time and explained but a traditional wash wasn’t getting the smell. As Ali was drying my car we both agreed it still smelled and he suggested I go over next door to Northville lube to get my filter changed. Top experience over there too. After that Mo suggested we still needed to wash out the engine.WILL DEEP CLEANED THAT THING. There was chunks, debris, hair. He went above and beyond, meanwhile Mo is spritzing my entire car with odor eliminator.The ran my car through the wash again FREE OF CHARGE. And THEN mo stuck a bunch of air fresheners around for the interior. These guys are incredible. This service will have me coming back for literally anything my car needs ever. And it’ll need an inside detail very soon… thank you again!!! You all made my week.

As we waited in line in the express lane and we're next to go?A full service vehicle came up. We were told to wait and let them go ahead.As we were in the carwash, it suddenly stopped...We were in the middle of the carwash covered in soap..for? 11 minutes!!! Then when we asked what was going on? We were RUDELY told "Hang on !!". When we finally got to the end? We asked the young man for the manager.. He said Ok 1 minute.. Dried the windshield and cars began pulling up behind us. We left, good home and? The tailgate and bumpers were MUDDY. TRIED CALLING, IT THINKS 15 TIMES THEN AUTOMATICALLY HANGS UP. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD GIVE THEM A BIG FAT ZERO

They do a great job of getting the car nice and shiny! It feels like a better clean than the typical gas station exterior wash (especially when you have people hand drying the car at the end). I just signed up for the monthly car wash for $28. I figure if I go more than twice, it will be worth it!

I recently moved to this area and have struggled to find a car wash that provides quality service for both inside and outside our cars. It has been months of trial and error until we stumbled upon Diamond Car Wash! We just discovered them and my husband and I have already been here twice in one week. They are trustworthy, effective, and most importantly make sure your car is sparkling clean before leaving. We highly recommend!

Internally my car was a mess! They detailed it to perfection inside quickly at a great price! AL is amazing, spends the time needed and mentors young kids in their first jobs to become young adults.Exterior minor engrained bug guts and such remain due to the limits of time and machinery. The team does a great job drying the car, jambs, wheels, even using compressed air on the mirrors. For speed and price, it’s hard to go wrong here!Services: Vacuuming

Came here for the first time based on a recommendation and I have to say… no regrets!! The facility is super clean and professional!! The waiting area has a tv, snacks, and drinks making the time go by fast. Staff was extremely friendly and delivered as promised in such a timely manner!! Their prices are super generous for the work that is done. My car is very clean and smells great. I used to drive 35 min for a car wash that offered interior detailing in addition to exterior, but I now found one that is not only much closer to me but does an impeccable job! Highly recommend and will be coming here for all future washes.Services: Auto detailing

Paid $40 plus tip for interior/exterior “best” wash. Interior was not dusted whatsoever or wiped down. Tire shine was horribly placed and incomplete on tires. And somehow my back tire left dirtier than when I arrived. Extremely disappointed for the price paid. Will not be returning.

I probably had the top 10 grossest cars in to be detailed. Months of dog hair and ended up having a dead bird in my car? (Left my car window open for the weekend)but they completely made it look nearly spotless around 30 minutes at an AMAZING price.

I really wanted to love this place. I was so excited. When I got home I realized my car was only half clean on the interior. I had to clean the rest of it myself. Lots of dust and dirt left behind. ? I was really hoping they were going to impress me.
