Plymouth District Library is a well-maintained and beautiful public library with three floors, offering a variety of resources and programs for the community. The library has a basement dedicated to children’s books and activities, a main section with fiction books, and a first floor with non-fiction. The books are well-organized, and staff are helpful. It features computers for public use, free printing (up to 10 pages per day), and a self-checkout system. Inside, visitors can find vending machines for quick snacks and a small free library. The library is appreciated for its wide range of educational opportunities, including workshops, craft events, storytime yoga, and themed parties for children. It is especially praised for its large children’s area and the teen zone on the main level. Many users enjoy the space for studying, with individual desks that are first come, first served. The library also provides access to resources like Consumer Reports ratings and the Michigan Electronic Library (MEL), allowing residents to borrow books from other libraries across the state. Community members value the helpful staff, the clean and well-kept environment, and the variety of programs that support learning, fun, and community connection. Although some wish it opened earlier during the week, overall, it is seen as an important and treasured local resource for reading, learning, and community activities.

Really good place, especially 2nd floor for private room studying. It is hard to find a parking here though. Internet is good. Chairs are comfortable. Outlets to charge your laptop or phone. Overall is a good place
