Mr. Sean J Nichols law firm helped me with my parents Will & Trust. It was complicated, but Mr. Nichols and his team handled every aspect of the process very professional, timely, and a great job overall!! First, let me just say that this review is long overdue and I apologize to Mr Nichols for that. I consulted Mr Nichols re guidance in how to handle some issues my Father was having when his health suddenly took a turn for the worse. Basically, I needed his expertise with elder care. My Father lives out of state and due to the difference in the state laws Mr Nichol’s wasn’t able to provide specific information. He was however able to guide my brother and I to an elder care attorney in that state and supplied us with a list of items we would need or would need to consider. We all know that when something happens suddenly to your elderly loved one it is very jarring but Mr Nichols calm, caring manner and guidance eased our anxiety so much. On top of that, we contacted the attorney in the state our Father lives in and are now greatly comforted knowing that we are as prepared as we can possibly be. For anyone out there with elderly loved ones please don’t wait until something happens as my Brother and I did thinking there was plenty of time. Contact Mr Nichols now and put your fears to rest. Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts Mr Nichols!

My elderly uncle had taken ill and I was his next of kin. I needed to take care of him but he did not have the appropriate legal documents prepared in order for me to do so. He ended up in a nursing home and in a panic I contacted Sean‘s office and explained the situation. Sean & his team visited my uncle in the nursing home to explain the power of attorney & the durable power of attorney for medical to him. As with many of our elder family members, he was afraid someone was going to take all his money. Because of Sean‘s efforts I was able to provide for my uncle & his final days were comfortable. Although the probate is going slow, we are nearing the end. Thanks to Sean and his team, everything is going very very well and I highly recommend him. Colette B.

I've had the opportunity to work with Sean on multiple occassions. His attention to detail and willingness to take time to explain nuances of the legal process is impressive and appreciated. We contacted Sean Nichols, PLLC to set up a trust for my sister and me and my husband. Sean was so knowledgeable and helpful. His assistant Kenzie was so helpful in setting up appointments and handling all the documents and collecting information. My sister was in rehab and Sean and Kenzie came to the rehab to finalize all our paperwork. This was so helpful to us since I didn't know how we would be able to get my sister to his office for the signing. I highly recommend Sean Nichols for any of your trust or elder legal needs.

I was in need of an attorney to update my will and complete other important documents for me in regards to estate planning, including an advanced directive. I found the law firm of Sean Nichols, PLLC on the internet, and I saw that he specialized in Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate. This was everything that I was in need of, so I decided to make an appointment. His assistant Kenzie was so pleasant and helpful, and she followed up with me on everything that I asked of her as well! I am so glad that I took a chance and called this office.During my meetings and phone calls with him, attorney Nichols was professional and very patient with me and my “many” questions. He was very attentive to me when I was explaining what I wanted, and he knew exactly what documents that I needed to accomplish my mission. He instructed and/or educated me on other issues that were beneficial as well. I got everything done that I was in need of, and after all of my documents were prepared, they were provided to me in a nice convenient binder for storage. I also received digital copies which was also an excellent idea. I have already recommended him to my friends and family for their estate planning needs. If you are in need of help with Wills, Advanced Directives, Estate planning issues that deals with Probate, etc.., I do recommend you contact his office. I can only say that I am very pleased!! Sean Nichols and his assistant Kensie did an excellent job supporting my elderly Father. They created a complete estate plan in a very timely fashion that required very little of my father's time/effort or mine for that matter.
