My son's first passport application was messed up because of their staff's inefficiency. We had an in person appointment at their location and brought all of the required documents needed to be copied and submitted to the Department of State. I handed the lady my son's green card and Philippine passport and she said there's no need for the original since she already had it xeroxed and that we're good to go. We even had it expedited. Weeks after, we received a letter from the Dept of State, asking for the original green card since we fail to submit it. It's been almost six months and my son's passport is still "In Process" at the passport processing center. We are worried and in a cliffhanger since we already booked our trip to the Philippines early January and yet, we don't even know if we can still go home all because of your staff's carelessness.

Package was labeled undeliverable. USPS texted me to pick up my package from the Post Office. Post Office can't find the package, keeps saying package will be delivered. Right hand doesn't know what the Left hand is doing! So unprofessional! I can see why USPS is going Bankrupt!

This post office is extremely rude for no reason. The poor guy next to me was being talked to awfully about the papers (from a lady that was pictured a few reviews down) he needed for his passport bc he did not understand that he needed the original birth certificate (he had only asked once to clarify) and the lady that was helping me yelled "does he not know what original means" to everyone in the lobby (her name was kathleen). She proceeded to talk down to me when I explained my card was not a tap and I had to insert and when it didn't work she kept telling me "don't touch it don't touch you are messing everything up." She continually kept saying I didn't understand anything bc I was a millennial which makes no sense why that would even matter. I work customer service and would never talk to someone the way these ladies were talking (especially if the customer was being nice and understanding like the guy and I). People have bad days but seriously they need to be talked with l.

I've always had a good experience at this post office, meaning the inside front counter. Today it was super busy and only 2 employees working the counter. One had to step away but announced she would hurry back...and she did. Both were friendly and welcoming and worked to bring the line down as quickly as possible. Other locations should take training from this one.

I have been using this post office for over a year now and one person makes my day every time I come here: Carolyn! She is always smiling and extremely helpful/nice. I have had several problems with shipping and she always helps me out. I always marvel at her positive attitude with customers ahead of me in line. She deserves a raise!

Drop box always broken/stuck. Keeps saying they cant ship reused boxes other post offices will take. Doublecharge my prepaid postage.

when we signed up to get passports nothing was explained on what documents to bring, or how pictures should be taken. when we arrived employees were very rude to us and gave us sass the entire time time they said we could have someone come bring the documents 10 minutes into my dad's drive to bring the documents they kicked us out which was very inconsiderate to everyone's time there's a reason this post office has 1.5 stars and the reason is the employees I've attached a photo of the employee she needs to be fired for how she spoke to us

I guess I've had a different experience than other reviewers here but every time I've gone here the staff has been so nice and helpful when I was trying to figure out how to mail stuff.

I wasted my entire lunch break waiting in a line that didn't move at all. I went around 1 pm, and I was trying to just send my passport renewal via priority mail express. I had it ready to go in a flat rate envelope and just needed to pay for the postage. They had one person working the entire counter, who was working with one customer sending out a passport...for at least 20 minutes. There were about 8 other people in line in front of me and 3 more behind me by the time I had to leave. I saw at least 3-4 other employees working at the time, who kind of all seemed to be wandering around aimlessly, not helping customers. Some of them looked like managers who were clearly not managing. At one point, someone came out and asked if anyone in line was just picking up or dropping off packages. A few people who that applied to got out of line and formed a new one, confusing things further in an already packed small space, and then no one helped those few people with dropoffs or pickups for about 12 more minutes after they were asked. Literally not a single person finished what they were there for and left in 25 minutes. A young girl waiting with her parents whined "This is boring, I don't want to have to wait in line anymore", and I couldn't have agreed more. What terrible customer service, and now I still have to stop at the Canton branch on my way home to actually accomplish what I went there to do. I understand that short staffing is an issue right now, but this was ridiculous and seemed like there was more going on than that.

This place is absolute garbage. They will deliver your mail and leave the outgoing mail in the mailbox for days on end. There is no accountability whatsoever.
