If I could give this store a lower rating than a one star.I absolutely would. I came to this location because I was trying to load cash on 2.My prepaid card that I have been using for years now. I'm not sure what the cashier's name was but I do know that she wore a hijab. She tried to assist me at first with loading money on to my card but failed to do so. I said thank you and politely walked away. I went back to my vehicle and called my customer service and explained the issue to them as well and I let them know that their reload locations was not working. They said that they would stay on the phone with me if I wanted to go back into the establishment and try again because apparently the cashier entered the numbers in the system incorrectly.. So I go back in the store for the second Time with My customer service representative on the line Ready to assist her As I was explaining to her Who was on The phone and that they were there to assist her. She denied me service and shoed me away in a very disrespectful manner with her hands. I let the customer service know what happened as they could hear the whole situation as well. Im thoroughly upset I would never recommend and neither. Will I have any of my friends and family come to this location again. Some people can use better customer service skills.

The fresh muffins and doughnuts are usually stale. They rarely have my flavor of coffee brewed. The 2 new employees are nice that's the only reason I gave it 2 stars

( This is his daughter reviewing btw) This 7- Eleven is good and all for snacks, but my thing with this 7- Eleven is that when we entered the store today, my dad went over to the beers, and before he could do so, he went over and locked the freezer door to the beers, and he was assuming we had allegedly robbed from him since there was these Mexicans or whatever who had robbed him for two box's of Modelos both being a 12pk, and he said something like" Stupid Mexicans " on our way out the doors I mean I get he isn't supposed to sell beers after 2:00 at night and my dad got mad since all he wanted was beers, and he made me and my brother our stuff back, and we just left. It's 2 stars for now since he allegedly called us stupid Mexicans on our way out. Not to mention my dad has been a customers for 5 years so we've known the manager since I was 8 years old so we've never stolen a single thing from there so I don't know what his deal is a of a sudden. My dad is considering not going here due to the lack of racism he had to endure that day 2 stars.

I wouldn’t even let my worst enemy shop at this joke of a location. The staff is mediocre at best and they all clearly share one brain cell. Save yourself a headache and go anywhere else.

This place is ghetto, always have people loitering around. Don't feel that safe there ever time I go here they're random people asking for money. It was Christmas so I did pay for this little guy because he had no money. But why can't you tell people to leave because I hate when people asking for money.

It always says it's open online but EVERY morning I go up there it is closed! Just happend to me right now. I drive up there after checking online. Even tho it listed as open 24/7. I get up there and its closed. There is a worker in there but its closed. Agian. I like the owner but this has been going on for the past 2 years now. We here are sick of it. You already charge WAY to much but on top of that you are never open in the morning!

They have roaches crawling in their drink machines and I just bought a breeze and it was blinking as soon as I bought it, wouldn't let me exchange it, terrible customer service and very unclean store
