I shopped at your ABC WAREHOUSE in Sylvania Ohio at Whiteford and Monroe St. I thought the salesman was rude but I needed to buy a washer and dryer. You guys say you beat all deals, well you don't. The salesman charged a delivery fee for both pieces ( washer, dryer) and charged me for taking them out, ( the old ones) and on top of that, I come out

There delivery ⁹drivers have no respect toward senoir citizens and they damage my stove and refigator it took 2 weeks to get my stove replaced and refrigerator they had a service guy come out it took 4 weeks to get him out and he say it has a damage wheel. So the repair guy order a wheel that takes another 4 weeks for wheel they had delivered to my home then another 3 weeks to get a guy out then the wheel did not work . Frig was wobbling all over. So it try to tell them the delivery guys had drop the frig it need to be swap out for a new frig because it was bent and dented on the bottom and back wheel were bent in that why it wobbled because of the delivery guys and the delivery guy stoled my Channel locks from my home. So it took many many calls for about 3 months before I got approved for the replacement frig that there delivery broke and stoled my Channel locks off my kitchen table. So when the new frig come I had to take all my food from frezzer and frig put because they said to have frigerator ready when the come to swap out damage frig for new. I did. Then delivery guys come I got damage frig right in front of front door so it be easy for them. But delivery guy comes in and askes why am I bringing back the frig I said I already work it out with the sales men and just to take this damage frig and bring me the new 1. Then delivery guy says I do not work for the company I work for myself so he says he can just leave and he went out the door and yelled to his assist shut the door and they left. So I had to hook back up the damage frig and put all the food back in that was already beginning to thaw out. Then I called store and talk to sales men he said the delivery guy said I swore at him which is not true i have it on my home cam. So he says they will delivery next day. So i try to call corporate office in pontaic and they just blew be off. I try to call corporate back now they just don't answer the phone. Lol what a joke and messed up company. It's been approx. 5 months trying to get this frig replaced. With there delivery system I will never buy from abc again and will never refer anybody to abc because of there delivery service is bad.Am am filming on my home cam everytime if my food goes bad they are the cause. So there dilery guys can damage your items and talk rade to you and disrespect senoir citzens or there coustumers and that's ok. Never again.

Took 4 hours to make a delivery here. Slow slow slow unload time. Almost 2 hours in the dock alone.

In Regards To Store Manager Josh, Located In Fort Wayne, IN:I purchased a Danby microwave on 10/10/22. At the time of purchase, I also bought a 2 year extended warranty.Last month, the plastic on my keypad began bubbling. I contacted Danby through their website regarding the issue.Over 3 days and 7 e-mails with Danby, I had received no resolution to my issue. More importantly, I had discovered interesting information regarding their warranties on microwaves.I was informed by Danby that warranties on microwaves cover parts only, and not service repairs.In the interest of transparency and information for consumers, I contacted ABC Warehouse and requested to speak with the Store Manager. I was placed on hold, and a few minutes later, Josh answered. I explained who I was, my previous purchase on 10/10/22, Danby's microwave warranty specifics, and my recent disappointing experience with Danby's Customer Service.Josh stated that he was not aware of Danby's microwave warranty specifics, and thanked me for the information. Then, Josh performed a stellar act of customer service.Josh made arrangements for me to bring my microwave in for a replacement.Danby can learn from Josh, for Josh exemplifies the epitome of customer service.

Man what a great experience drove from Laredo,Tx to Pontiac MI to deliver appliances, went in a day early and got unloaded in 20mnts great friendly staff would definitely come back .

The Grand Rapids mi on Alpine locate employee named Brett or Brent, discriminated against a black man that had a service dog on leash. It turned into a yelling match because the worker said he is not allowed int he store and decided he was not a customer. The guy has an account and available credit with the store. This was absolutely uncalled for and should not be allowed to violate the American disability act. Do not shop at this place!!
